Burlington — Local services in Wenatchee

Used to love Burlington Coat Factory, but after visiting the Burlington Wenatchee store, not any more. This has to be one of the dirtiest, unorginized, poorly managed stores I've ever been in and it wasn't even a weekend. It was dangerous to be in this store, given all the merchandise that was piled on the floor, down almost every isle, and stuffed under shelving. Piles of boxes, shoes, and clothing were everywhere. Here's photos of just three isles. It is discussing the way this store is being kept. Why would Burlington Stores Inc's head office or even a district manager allow any store to fall into this condition. This is a publicly traded company for pete sakes, and one which this years stock price didn't fair too well. Maybe if Burlington cleaned up their stores they would not be driving away customers with money in their pockets and wanting to spend it. Sure glad I don't own any stock in this company.

Burlington can't blame the condition of this store on a lack of staffing, maybe the quality of staffing. Other similar stores nearby were clean and organized, and that's where I spent my money. Shame on you Burlington, you owe your stock holders...

You can find everything you didn't know you needed and couldnt live without! I love this place. It has a little bit of everything. I find their candles to be amazing at 1/4 of the price. I was able to finally find a 18 month planner/calendar with a hard cover, which met my needs for $9.00. I hadn't found one that met my needs for under $50. I can go in and just make it partially down the housewares section. I have gotten many "finds" there I could never afford at some of the prices I have seen. I highly recommend. Remember shopping carts don't go past the carpet on the inside of the front doors. You can try but they go no further staff is great at getting someone to help you to your car if you can't carry it all, and/or give you the time to pull your car right in front of the store and...

I really enjoy shopping at Burlington. All the employees have been really kind. And I always find great deals on name brand items . I do appreciate previous reviews about the store being messy because it sadly was making shopping here an unpleasant shopping experience. As a frequent shopper I can say it has definitely improved, I shop here at least once a week. My only complaint is that staff is not properly trained on how to place price tags. They place the price tags in odd spots leaving holes in the clothing instead of at the seam. I think management should take the time to train there staff on that better. I’ve put so many nice things back on the rack...
