Cramer's Home Furnishings — Local services in Ellensburg

I was very disappointed in the Cramers Furniture store. I picked out a mattress there about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I paid up front for it and was told it'll probably get there by Wednesday and that they would call.

That week came and went and then another week came and went, so I finally called them last Friday and said what's happening with my mattress set?

The guy in the phone apologized and said my name must've been left off of the call people list. I was a little annoyed, I had already gotten rid of the old mattress over a week ago I was sleeping in the guestroom. He offered me free delivery. I said thank you.

The delivery guy called, but I was going to be at work on their delivery days. The next day I had off is Monday, today. He told me that he doesn't do any delivery runs on Monday. So I decided I would just go and pick it up today. I have a pick up truck.

So I went by today at around 10 AM, and I said I need to pick up my mattress set. The fellow at the front counter was busy and said I'm sorry there are like 12 people ahead of you so you'll have to wait.

I told him I've waited three weeks for this and I want my mattress now. I had to get kind of pushy with them.

This is the best furniture store I've ever been in. The staff and owner are very laid back, professional, welcoming and helpful. I brought a home care client in 4 or 5 times shopping for a chair and every time they were patient, kind, and helpful with finding chairs that fit the client's needs. Even when in the end he didn't buy a chair (couldn't decide on one) they were so kind, never impatient or disappointed they didn't make a sale. Wonderful experience before my daughter brought me we called and I told the girl Amneet Pawar what I was looking for which was a bed and a chair and because I was disabled they said they could move things around which they did have to do and I also want to think the guys who moved the one bad back and forth and the whole experience was wonderful and she's a good salesperson and I guess she's assistant manager excuse me she should be manager one day anyways my daughter and I that's the one thing I really wanted to do when she'd come from the west side and thank you so much for when you do bring it and be setting it up on my frame for me thank all of...
