I have had antique jewelry repaired at Hi Ho Silver Co. on several occasions, and I can't say enough good things about them. The work is always skillfully executed, and the service top-notch. No matter the question, Will has always been incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. When I brought my grandmother's ring in to be repaired, Will immediately pulled out a magnifying loupe and a book of jewelry marks, and was able to teach me about its history and origins. More recently, I brought my engagement ring in to be resized, and, with one quick look, he was able to guess my exact ring size. Will's dedication and skill in his craft are evident at every turn, and there's no shop...

I know this company has been around for ages and is a fixture in OEC. I recently went in to have my engagement ring and wedding band cleaned...it had been 8 years! Yikes.

They have been through a lot of daily grime (having kids, cleaning the house, waitressing, and just time). Will was very friendly and he completed the professional cleaning within a few days. I am so delighted that my rings look new again. I would definitely recommend this jewelry shop and return in the future for ring cleaning maintenance but also to shop and browse!

I bent my engagement ring significantly while working out. My husband and I had no idea what to do or where to take it. A friend suggested we take it to Hi Ho Silver Co, so we did. Will was very upfront about how significant the damage was and the difficult repair process. He made sure I understood the risks involved before he took it into his care. 2 days later he called and stated that the ring had been straightened and was ready to be picked up. My ring is just as stunning as ever. We are so thankful to Will for his time and his job well done on the repair! We will be back in the future for any needed repairs, cleanings, or for something...
