I appreciate the fact that she acknowledges what has happened and has kindly offered a refund or a gift card to Gove her place another try. Because the owner has showed great customer service in reaction this incident,, I am willing to give the place another try in the future.
Original review: DISGUSTING! We ordered 1 scoop of coffee oreo, 1 scoop of honey Graham. And 2 scoops of butter pecan. My husband had the butter pecan and as he was finishing toward the bottom of the cup, there is a strand of hair mixed in with the ice cream. GROSS. They would have had an earful if we ate at the spot. Fortunately or unfortunately, we were eating on our way home.
There is definitely an issue with keeping a clean work space while ice cream is being made or scooped.
