I was very nervous to hand over my handmade Italian lambs leather jacket that was too wide and long for me but Frank took my measurements and adjusted it perfectly. Brought my $300 leather jacket in to be dyed black and was told it would not be a problem at all - $110. Over two weeks and numerous trips to have the jacket "sealed" again and again, Frank refused to refund my money and only offered to buy the jacket from me - for the exact amount I paid to have it dyed.
