There was a manager named Stephanie on duty today (brunette, wears glasses), around 3pm, who refused to accept a return for a bra that my sister bought.
My sister cut the fabric tags off because they made her garment uncomfortable, not realizing the bra did not fit her well. However, after seeing it was too large on her we decided to go to this Town Square location to return it.
At the cash register, the associate helping us first refused the return for no fabric tags on the garment. Stephanie was then called, and she said she couldn't accept the return because she needed a physical SKU no. on the garment and that the return couldn't possibly be made. I stated, "I returned underwear I had tried on (and washed) at home not realizing it was the improper style/cut I originally wanted, and this location accepted that return without any problems; why can't she return this bra when it's unworn?" and Stephanie says, "That's actually really disgusting, because it goes back on the store floor, and especially after COVID that's like really disgusting." Firstly, Stephanie has no class, I don't think she knows what class is - to make such remarks to a guest/customer demonstrates a lack of customer service skills and just overall basic manners - 2) She's highly incorrect, because all returns are sent to a distribution center to be sanitized per management I have spoken to at another store location in the valley.
Per the company's website: "If the store associate is not provided or able to locate proof of purchase and/or your order number contains all numbers and no letters *the store will need to send your return back to the distribution center on your behalf." - If this is the return policy on the website, then the bra most certainly could have been returned today sans fabric tags and it would have been sent back to distribution to be repaired. Another Las Vegas valley location I called after we left TS said my sister's return is "totally fine to do", and that my sister could even receive a store credit to purchase the right size so she feels confident!
Someone tell Stephanie she needs to brush up on her SOPs and manners, please...
Read moreSo...I haven't read through all the comments/ratings for this store, so I'm not sure if this store location ever received a review from a guy's perspective before. Also, I'm not certain if there's value added coming from a guy, since this store is primarily for females; regardless, here we go...
I stopped here on Sunday, 14 Aug 2023 with my family to do a little shopping for my daughter. When we first walked in, there weren't a lot of people in the store which I was pleasantly surprised. The ladies that were working on the floor assisting customers were really friendly and helpful, which I am appreciative of. I know what you might be thinking, "You're a guy, so of course they're going to treat you better than another female." Well, I'll inform you that my wife and daughter visited the same store at a different day/time and received the same, reputable service, so there's a positive trend with the customer service here. In addition to the ladies on the floor, the female working the check-out counter was also friendly and efficient behind the register. At no point did she get flustered with the few coupons that I presented to her (don't judge me of my coupon usage).
The store itself was neat and organized which also adds to the pleasant shopping experience. I have been to other stores (and I'm sure others have too) where a lot of the drawers were left open by rude customers and undergarments placed at random locations throughout the store because customers are too lazy to put things back.
Overall, the experience was great, customer service was outstanding, temperature of the store was adequate, and the prices were reasonable (even though I feel that the prices at all Victoria's Secret stores are pretty expensive - I also understand that it's quality products too). Highly recommend this store...
Read moreWhat a horrible experience! Shame on the workers!! I wasted almost an hour with zero help. The manager is as lazy and ignorant as one can get. I’ve always visited the Summerlin location just because of how amazing their customer service is. There were 4-5 workers on a weekend evening while my kids were hungry and none of them willing to help me find my favourite product. I asked for the manager and I realized exactly where that attitude was coming from. She insisted that I have to order it online without even knowing the product. She insisted it’s in either the pink or the VS section which I’d already checked 3 times because they couldn’t guide me. I just told her one of the girls said it’s only available online. So, I told her about my earlier experience that if the product is not available in store, the Summerlin location always orders it for me and ships it to my place as I’m a VS card holder but she just refused to even go to the checkout desk to see the product while she was just loitering around.
What a waste of my time! With a manager like that, they should shut this store down rather than ruining...
