2ND REVIEW UPDATE AND THINGS JUST GET WORSE
2ND UPDATED REVIEW - I was contacted by phone from a woman named Ersala by phone this morning apologizing for the curbside pickup issue. She offered to provide me the six TV Dinners I had ordered for N/C and just go back to curbside # 5 and call and let them know who I was and to pick up the TV Dinners - she assured me the issue had been rectified. So I did, once there called and said I was there to pick up the TV Dinners as instructed to do so. The first girl had no clue to what I was talking about or even why I was there. A few minutes later a girl came to my truck as I waited and explained the situation and again, no clue to why I was there. Moments later probably in a ten minute time span, more wasted time TY the Shift Leader came out with a piece of paper so he could write down why I was there, even more frustrated I again just left in disbelief that I just wasted more of my time.
Ersala again called me after I left and offered mt the free TV Dinners if I go back and a $150.00 Gift card.
I stated I do not need the money and will be updating my review this evening.
Before I left I put TY on notice that I intend to file an complaint with ADA .GOV when this restaurant is in VIOLATION of laws governing the ADA Handicap Parking Laws in the State of Nevada that for every 25 parking spots they must have 1 dedicated Handicap parking spot, this place has hundreds of dedicated parking spots and only two Handicap Spots as over the years they removed them to add all the curbside pickup spots.
My recommendation is to PASS on Lazy Dog who is in clear violation of Handicap Persons...

So this is my first time going to this restaurant I was at first curious because I heard that this is a place where people can bring their dogs, but I didn’t see any dogs. There may have been some I think on the outside patio, but the atmosphere was OK. Its a Saturday night and we initially got there like 7:50 PM so we sat down at our table 8 PM, we did have to wait. I’d say about when we started receiving our food it might’ve been closer to 8:45 PM due to a very large party that was being taken care of, located by our table. Our waitress Star did get our waters and alcohol drinks. At first I was feeling like the wait was relatively long until I realized that they had another huge group that was in a secondary part of the restaurant. Long story short our service did come out and we had more than one person bring our food out, actually like four or five people serving our party because we had a large party as well, about 11 of us and everybody started coming out serving our table getting our entrées getting our dinners to us and I can say that it actually started moving very quickly. The Operations Manager Mason Lozano was wonderful. He came over and checked on our table more than once. He made sure that everything was done perfectly. We had actually two birthdays we were celebrating. He bought out the birthday desserts, very very good customer service I will give him a 10++ I was very pleased. I can say I didn’t start out pleased but I CAN say in the end I was BEYOND PLEASED. The customer service was exceptional and I appreciated him going above and beyond. I am a local and I live here but if you’re from out of town check out Lazy Dog it’ll be...
Read moreAs an alternative to writing about coffee shops, I ventured to enjoy the delightful ambiance of this dog-friendly restaurant. Naturally, as someone who wants sanitization practices in eateries, the notion of allowing animals inside was something of a distraction for me. However, I found the allowance of dogs to be rather refreshing.
My experience was highlighted by the most upbeat and friendliest of staff. Immediately upon entering, one is greated by a parade of hostesses that welcome you with the most vibrant smiles. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the pleasantries displayed by these young women was a welcomed change from the saddest that plagues the world.
After being seated, the server was, personality wise, exquisite. However, the one area that I would suggest the restuarant focus is better logistics on how to operate the diminsihed staff as the wait time was rather long for both service and food. Despite this minor hiccup, the server was incredible.
As a Las Vegas local, The Lazy Dog is a wonderful addition to the fine dining that exists throughout the city. Fun, elegant, and not overly priced, the experience invites to return for more. Naturally, there are areas of important, but way the food dances across your taste buds exciting feelings of new with elements of old makes the wait worth it. And again, who minds the wait when you are distracted by the cute pups.
If you find yourself in Las Vegas and want to enjoy a delicious meal and incredible experience, I recommended visiting the Lazy Dog in Town Square. You...
