I give 5 stars for the amazing merchandise of beautifully handcrafted wood pieces for the home, office, gifts. We had fun browsing and choosing just the right pieces for our homes. I give two stars for the customer service: It is the job of the check out clerks to answer questions about merchandise, smile, take our money, then wish us well as we walk out the door. Never should they argue with, or offer their opposing point of view on something because they disagree with small talk from customer, as the two young girls did the day my mom and I visited. Some training in that department is definitely needed, and perhaps it is only about the two clerks involved that day. If I was attending a debate I would expect to hear someone else's point of view. I've bought a few small items here. Friendly staff but very overpriced. I own a table they have in there...exact table from India and I paid $1100 whereas they are asking $2300. So makes me wonder how much the markup is on other furniture. Could probably jump on Etsy and save yourself a good 40%. Nice and good quality...

This store has the most unique and beautiful gifts for folks who like rustic/country/cabin decor. Most items appeared to be made in the USA, and many were made here in Colorado. The employees are friendly and helpful. The shop is warm and inviting. Even if not your style, I would recommend...
