Aspen and Evergreen Gallery — Attraction in Estes Park

We have been going to all the many wonderful art galleries in Estes Park for years, and Aspen and Evergreen is one of our favorites. They have an amazing selection of paintings, photography, ceramics/pottery, glassware, jewelry, and more. They do a great job of focusing on Colorado artists and giving you a little background on them. They even have a selection of books by Colorado authors. They participate in the first Friday of the month “Art Groove” where you can meet some of the artists in person while you enjoy live music, wine, and snacks. When we were considering buying an original painting and jewelry there, those who have helped us each time were extremely helpful and knowledgeable - without hovering or being pushy. I visited Aspen and Evergreen as an afterthought on my way out of Estes Park and was SO glad that I did! The care that has gone into selecting talented Colorado artists is evident. I was tempted by nearly everything in the store! I did finally settle on a beautiful pastel drawing. I had a lovely chat with the woman running the store and she encouraged me to spend more time driving through Rocky Mountain National Park where I saw my first moose! This is a beautiful store where you’re greeted with a warm welcome. There is a huge variety of amazing art and merchandise with price points for everyone. I was thrilled to find two super cool, quality pieces of jewelry to take home from my visit to Colorado!
