If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! We’ve tried boba all across the U.S., but nothing even comes close to Alteatude. From the first sip, I knew this place was something truly special. The flavors are perfectly crafted, their signature drinks are unique and refreshing, and even their cup design is beautiful (yes, I brought one all the way home to Tampa, FL!). The staff is incredibly kind, and the owner is just as memorable as the drinks — warm, courteous, and so genuinely passionate about what they do. Their charm and hospitality added so much heart to the experience, and you can tell they’ve poured love into every detail of the place. My 8-year-old is obsessed. After we got home, he said he wants to go back to Estes Park just for a sip of Alteatude boba. That’s the kind of impression this place leaves. Whether you’re a seasoned boba lover or just passing through, do not miss this gem in the Rockies. Alteatude isn’t just a boba shop — it’s a destination. . 🧋⛰️💛

Thank you to the employees who acted as concierges, taking time to discern my off-menu request. Instead of shutting me down when asking for "the drink in the ad", the two lovelies - who I had the absolute pleasure of interacting with - took time to interpret and envision my ask. They did not say "we can't actually do that, it's just a staged promo product"; they explained what they COULD do instead. Creative solutioning at its best! A million thank you's! And, the hobo tea you created deserves to be on the menu permanently!!! Estes Park is charming for reasons like this, the people who work at Alteatude. They create unique and magical drinks, yes! But, they also provide a special experience, commensurate with the natural beauty this quaint mountain town offers. I am grateful! PS. How did you magically match my request to my outfit? This drink should be named the Rocky Mountain Unicorn!! I will be back.

For some context, my partner and I are from the NorCal Bay Area and Los Angeles, respectively, so good tea and boba are very accessible where we live. It's always a treat when we're able to find great tea while traveling and Alteatude was exactly that for us! Throughout our trip, we tried four drinks: white peach oolong tea, jasmine green tea, mango passion fruit tea, and strawberry blossom fruit tea. They had a delicious, noticeable tea flavor which is exactly what we look for in our drinks. Drinks are a little pricier than they are back home but it's a premium I'm willing to pay for the convenience/location and quality of their drinks. Pro tip: bring a book to read and enjoy your tea right next to the creek in the back.

Originally gave them 5 stars because my First visit was great. Went again, never going back.

The guy with the pink hair has to go. I ordered iced chai with no espresso. Took 25 minutes. When I got my drink, I tasted no chai and there was 5 floating ice cubes. My drink was luke warm. I went back in because we drove 40 minutes from Loveland to go here. He remade it but worst this time. I asked for double the amount of chai and he did that. Then STEAMED THE MILK! ON A ICED DRINK! Seriously?? No make it even worse, he filled the cup to the brim with milk, then poured iced in the cup with absolutely no room for ice, but he pour it over the ice machine and my drink spilt all inside over the ice. Because he Steamed my milk on a ICED drink, the few ice cubes completely melted. My drink this time was hot, to the point that I had to go to the Starbucks across the street and asked for a venti cup of ice and pour it in their cup.

He was the only person working. Very very very slow with not that many costumers. I was a barista for a few years and I could have knocked out ever drink 10x faster. He took his sweet time. I’ll never go back. $10 for a hot iced chai. I also got their coffee cake. They 100% got it at the Safeway across the street. It was $6 and taste like store bought cheap muffins.

This place is also ridiculously expensive, slow and hiring stupid people. Who steams milk for an iced drink then has it over flow into the ice machine. That’s so unsanitary.

This happened 11/26 around 3:45pm if the manager wants to look back on the camera to see it all go back down. I’m curious to know if he emptied the ice machine since it’s not contaminated....

RESPONSE: The drink severed absolutely did not use melted chocolate in what I received. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you did not personally make this batch and something was off this day. I would implore to double check with staff because I am certainly not lying.

I am critical for quality - this will happen when people are spending their money for trust. My review is harsh but honest. Given your response - I am not against moving into a resolution to resolve the upset for both parties - if you wish.

A year ago this location served hot chocolate that tastes like the real deal. (Actual melted chocolate) Which is why we returned. Today they charged $6 for what tastes like a peppermint SWISS MISS packet. Are you kidding? Least you could do is mix it with hot milk and not the obvious water. The audacity - just plain insulting as a price point to customers. Coming to find out, the old business got replaced with this new one, so that solves...
