UPDATE: The owner of the store, Bob, has been fantastic to work with throughout this whole ordeal. The situation is still unfortunate, and I wish that I had my original ring, but I feel that Bob has done a great job trying to work with me to find the best alternate solution. I was able to pick out a gorgeous ring that fits well with my original wedding band. I have changed my review to a 5/5 star review solely based on the costumer service from the store owner Bob. I did have negative interactions with another store employee not respecting boundaries (texting me on my personal phone after hours, etc.), but Bob made sure that he was the only one to handle my situation after I alerted him that that had occurred. He is professional and kind, and I highly recommend taking the time to come stop in at Fall River Antiques whenever you're in the area.

3/5 stars: I am very sad to write this review, but unfortunately I feel as though I have to let future customers know of my experience.
I previously had a great experience picking out a unique, vintage engagement ring. The selection of vintage rings is excellent, and I would highly recommend this store if you are in the market for beautiful vintage jewelry. I also worked alongside workers to find a wedding band that would be molded to the same shape and style of the engagement ring. This experience was very positive.
Unfortunately, I took both rings to be resized. I only received my wedding band back. I had to notify the staff that they had not sent me both rings back, and that I needed my engagement ring back. They then told me that my one-of-a-kind engagement ring had been lost/stollen in their store. I am currently communicating with the store staff to find a new ring or receive other compensation.
It is truly an unfortunate situation all around. I have been told that this has never happened before, and I wish it hadn't happened to me. That being said, the staff have worked hard with me to try and find something similar. I am hopeful that this situation will be remedied as...

But they don't require masks. The employees don't wear them, either. I wish I could rate them higher, but we need everything we can get in this time of crisis. Many of the customers are elderly and at risk. Others are in other risk groups. Some are young and healthy individuals, but it isn't safe for anyone to go maskless in this current situation.
Colorado has done well because most people here take the pandemic seriously. Other states have seen the consequences of carelessness firsthand.
Edit: When I visited, an employee came up to me and informed my friend and I that they don't require masks. He told us that you have taken measures to make the store safe, but the fact remains that we were approached and explicitly told that masks were not necessary. I also overheard employees and customers talking skeptically about the severity of the pandemic, with comments like "a third of the country's dead" in a joking tone.
I haven't been back since that visit, so I don't know if any additional changes have been made. The fact remains that, at the time I visited, it did not feel as if the store took things seriously.

Read moreI really dislike chain jewelry stores. I feel like everything is over priced. Especially diamonds. This place was Amazing. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient and took 45 mins with me the first day I left with nothing that day. I took pictures and contemplated over what I wanted. I returned the following day and the staff was just as welcoming as the day before and went above and beyond my expectations. They pulled out trays of back stock rings. And really devoted attention to me as I decided. I feel their prices were fair and affordable. I walked out with a vvs1 3/4 diamond band for an amazing price. They sized it down for free which only took 20 mins on an super busy Friday afternoon. They even cleaned and shined my other rings I was wearing. I walked out a very happy customer. I will return in the future.
Update 2022! Found myself In Estes Park again. I’ve been looking for a new engagement ring setting for my original diamond / family diamond. I found a ring in May at this place but needed some time to think about it. Came back in August and the ring was still in the shop.
