In my 30 years of travels I have experienced unprecedented excellence and endured unexpected disappointment; until this point I have taken those extremes in stride, never having been compelled to take my time to write out a review. I hope that my fellow travelers take that fact into consideration when assigning a weight to my words. The customer service at this shop was unprecedentedly poor and business practices indicate that they have come to understand their customers are as disposable as the inferior quality items they carry in their store. I am sure they see an endless stream of short term tourists, and do not need to rely on repeat/return customers. So their business model allows them ostracize the occasional potential customer without injury to their bottom line. A fact that the women working in the afternoon of Wednesday June 1st 2020 took full advantage of as they were shockingly aggressive towards my wife. Beware bait and switch pricing and understand that your only value to them is in the number of dollars you are willing to leave behind when you go. Today they lost a sale, and I lost a little more faith in humanity... It should be noted that this review was originally posted on their Facebook profile at 6:10pm and has been deleted before 7:00pm the same day. I visited recently while on vacation from NE Ohio with my big red Irish Goldendoodle dog, Boone, who pretty much made himself at home and pretended to be the store mascot with the other customers. haha They were very friendly and welcoming...even with my dog, which they greeted and "treated"...and very customer oriented! Very reasonable prices and nice merchandise...small shop but well worth it! The first thing you hear when you walk through the door is everything is below $30. However, don’t be deceived by the low prices because they have high-quality products! I was honestly surprised by the service, quality product and great prices. I believe we got five different types of QUALITY carrying bags.
