We went to this store during a visit to Estes. My parents and children were shopping. My parents have a ESA dog but didn't have her vest on at the time because dogs are usually welcome in stores in Estes. When the man working there saw the dog, he was very rude to my father. Told him,very disrespectfully, to get the dog out of the store. Mind you, the dog is very small and was being held. The guy working was in my dad's personal space. My dad told him to get out of his space and the worker acted like he was going to punch my dad! I am not sure if this was the owner, but I felt like it might have been. Read moreNot sure if the clerk was having an off day or not but he was pretty unsociable. When I asked where a specific soda was located he said nothing, turned away and pointed with his broom in the direction of my request. There were two of us making separate purchases but he put all of our soda in the same carrier except we purchased a total of 7 sodas so he put 3 of mine into the carrier my friend received before me in a previous purchase (he also bought 3) and left one of mine out and just bagged it. Ideally he would've given each of us a 4 pack carrier. He just seemed like he was somewhere else and have us a very weird vibe.
