I had stopped in Fairplay for a pit stop but when I tried to get back on the road, my car would not start. All things pointed to a dying battery. I called AAA but their ETA was some four hours in the future. I decided to go for broke and hoofed it to NAPA to get a new battery. The staff were very helpful even giving me a ride back to my vehicle to check on the type/size of the existing battery and after purchasing it, they gave me a ride back to my vehicle. I got back on the road shortly thereafter and had no problems the rest of the day....
Read moreDissapointed in the customer service, I asked one of the two guys to come outside to look at a part on my master coil that was hanging on by just a couple of strands of wire...his reply was "I'm too busy". There was only one other customer in the store and again two employees behind the counter. He could've went outside and be back in the store in less than 60 seconds. Since moving here from Georgia I've experienced bad attitudes and terrible customer service in the business community (For the most part). Thank God...
Read moreBrought back a serpentine belt to exchange for another (it was never on the vehicle). They tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee because the cardboard sleeve was torn. Couple of pieces of tape is all it needed. After arguing with the guy he drops the fee to 10% and points to a sign on the wall. With me still arguing he eventually caved and removed the fee. I've bought quite a bit of stuff from this store over the past few years. I'll drive the extra miles and take my $$$ to Woodland Park...
