Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Federal Way

Very busy. So many people and not enough staff. The parking was absurd. The reason i say there was not enough staff is because when you walk down the isles or to the center islands things are thrown everywhere. People were mowing clothes over with their carts. We couldnt find any staff that worked there until we went to food isles and a worker passing out samples pointed us in a general direction but wasnt too sure of the stock. Arriving in the designated isle we couldnt find what we were looking for and had to go to another department to ask if there was any. We were told there wasnt any and that it happens. You'll see something one day and gone the next without future plans of restock. It was a crazy and long, adventure to be turned away in the end just to fight rediculous long wait in line to purchase one item and fight huge crowds at the door. Ill...

We hit it just right today we were in and out within an hour. If we go when they are opening the doors And only need a few Items we can be in and out in under 15 minutes. If its lunch time we will occasionally get an all beef hotdog. And a chicken salad and split it between the two of us. Occationally since the Federal Way Costco is real close to Wild Waves we will come here to feed our large family with hotdogs, 2 Pizzas, a few salads its way cheaper to feed 2 cousins, 7 grandchildren, 4 grandparents, 1 great grandparent, 6 parents than anywhere else. Yes handicap parking. Yes handicap bathrooms, Yes quite a few handicap electric carts. When I had a broken Leg customers and the Costco employees were always offering to help reach things for me. Is it normal for the food court to think that an order that was made on a kiosk had one of the pizzas as a call in even though both were paid for on one kiosk with one card?... So, basically check with the window to make sure that they know that both pizzas are supposed to be made at the same time or you’ll get one pizza made in 20 minutes and you’ll have to wait for another 45 minutes for the second one while you wait for the first pizza to cool down.
