Waffle House — Restaurant in Florida

This waffle house was absolutely terrible. We waited about 10 minutes before the server came to the table, with no one but 2people in the building. She took our order, and about 10minutes later I had to ask could we get our drinks. A lesbian friend of there's walked in and ALL attention went to her and totally left us out. The grits were hard and she asked did we want hot water to mix up with them. Huh? If you know they were bad why'd you serve them. Had to ask again for a soda refill becuz they were still crooning over the lesbian instead of taking care of us. Terrible, terrible service. I no longer just leave you money for a tip, I tip according to service. She got maybe a $1.00 between 3 people instead of the normal 25% each that we normally leave.. terrible,...

I wanted to take a minute to share that the staff at this Waffle House are the best of any Waffle House (or other restaurant for that matter) I’ve ever been to. We live 20 minutes away and pass two Waffle Houses on our way, but go to this one every time because the staff are so friendly, professional, and polite. They go above and beyond to make sure our family feels welcome and has a great meal. They are always so kind to our son and make the Wednesday night kids night so fun for him. They even brought him a paint set to make a craft with while we ate. Destiny, Valencia, Chris, and the woman who is the manager are amazing. Thank you for always going above and beyond. We will continue to drive out of our way to frequent this location...

I love eating at awful waffle! I used to at least.I haven't been as often as I used to since they began charging 10% to go fee and another 10% let's call it trash fee because it's a garbage charge. Since I dined in this time I have no complaints in this visit. Wish I could talk about the variety of things on the menu, but I haven't changed my order in twenty years. Cheese steak omlete old-fashioned. Hashbrowns scattered, smothered, covered, diced, and chunked. Wheat toast, bacon, and coffee. A very quality order if I do say so myself. Excellent as expected.
