Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Went in about 8:45 with a friend of mine and was greeted by two ladies, one i have previously seen and a new lady i had never seen, i ordered my sandwich and found out they now use this dumb method of using a bowl/tray and put it in the microwave to get it hot, which makes it to where if you get the whole sandwich she dumps it in the middle and has to actually spread it out which is so stupid. Then i realized that the lady making my sandwich(new girl) was obviously tweeking. Like definitely on drugs. As i watched her royally screw up my sandwich with a pound of lettace she told me to stop watching her because she was getting nervous. Which she shouldve been due to her messing up. She kept poking the line with the knife and then cut my sandwich in a weird place at a weird angle, not sure what was up with her, but i may consider not coming in there when...

Awesome experience yesterday! I have not had Subway in a long time (Probably before covid). So I ordered our meal online. And good thing too because they have more subs online! Anyways, I go inside to pick up my order and it was perfect. Ready, hot, and just waiting there for us! haha I have a feeling I met the owner, but I didn't ask. But whoever was there was awesome! great attitude, friendly, and you can tell just good people. I went there in the middle of the afternoon and there was a good crowd there!. So they must be doing something right. I tell you, just having friendly people working there was a treat. I left there with our perfect order actually feeling happy! How often does that happen! And it only took a few minutes! and that was on me for chit chatting! I will check them...

Ordered 2 new turkey Cali fresh subs. If I had known this location was operated by the same people who owned the Subway in Walmart, just around the corner, I would not have come here. Several friends have worked for them in the past and they are known to skimp out anyway they can to save money.

The subs were substandard (pardon the pun). No premium BelGiosio cheese, 1 small scoop of avocado per sandwich, and way too much mayonnaise to compensate for the lacking avocado. No one answers the phone here and the manager refused to refund or replace the order. Luckily, I have Navy Federal and they are happy to take care of vendors who refuse to give customers what they pay for. Getting my full refund processed now! :) This franchise: 0 stars. Navy...
