Great selection of crystals books and cards. One small crystal I purchased for my daughter was not real. Obsidian does not feel like plastic, it is super light in weight, and warm to the touch. The smaller crystals purchased are heavier than the bigger obsidian. I purchased a few towers as well. I can say those are real but over priced. Nice jewelry but I’m also questioning one ring I purchased. Not sure everything they have is authentic. I have purchased many crystals. Not from here as we were passing through. Some of what they are selling i do not believe are true crystals. I can say I only found this in a ring and the the obsidian I purchased. For the price I would expect better quality and consistency. I asked about a ring having peacock ore I was told yes but it’s not peacock ore. I liked it and purchased it anyway. When they gave me the little sheet of information about it; they gave me two sheets because they didn’t know what it was. Vibe is fake and questionable. It took forever to be waited on as I am of a darker complexion. I’ve had better experiences with other stores. I didn’t feel as though they were as spirituality educated as some places I’ve been. They weren’t very educated about the products they have as they couldn’t identify what they sold me. Even when I asked about a labradorite ring the associate pointed to something else that was not labradorite. Something is just off about this place. It’s pretty but usually when I have gone to purchase crystals you feel such good energy. I did not get that from here. If I ever find myself back in Flagstaff I will be passing up...

I have been a customer of Crystal Magic in Sedona and Flagstaff for many years. I drove up to Flagstaff once again to purchase some items, and I felt something different, something was off. As I was checking out, I happened to notice (obviously for the first time) two small "Crystal Magic" stickers for sale, priced at $2.00 each, at the checkout counter. I am not in business, however, I guarantee these stickers cost the business owner nowhere near $2.00 a piece. This opened my eyes to the extent of greed in business. Crystal Magic wants me, the customer, to pay to advertise for them. Crystal magic isn't the only business to ask this of their customers. I advise all business owners: your business depends on your customers. So, why nickel & dime them, especially when they've already purchased from your store? Remember, if you don't have customers, you have no business! And don't say "Well, that's business and everyone is doing it". Just because everyone is doing it doesn't make it right. I give this 3-star review for the products within the store, I subtracted two stars for the price of their ADVERTISING stickers. It would have been a better business practice to have "added" a sticker as a "Thank You". I am saddened to say, I will no longer be a patron of Crystal Magic. Business is business, but as a consumer, I choose where I spend my energy, time, and money, and I...

BUYER BEWARE!!! First off I want to say that everything is extremely overpriced and some staff members have really attitude problems… read the other reviews… this is nothing new… what is new is that they are selling fake products! Here is the proof. This malachite sphere was hundreds of dollars and it is completely fake! See the photos to confirm. Fraud in every way.

Update: after the stores Generic response, I called them to see what could be done. They assured me that this is real malachite and this just happens to be a part that’s chrysocolla… go ahead everyone. Go look up pictures of chrysocolla… let me know when you find white powdery chrysocolla. Spoiler. You won’t. Chrysocolla is blue teal and green hues. This is fake plaster ball of some kind with a malachite like design. It’s so Obvious it’s upsetting. A nature design would not stop at surface level. This is fake.

Anyways, of course they offered no help, no refund, no store credit, no apology. And demanded I show respect for there “years” in the industry. Laughable. All about the money of course. The longer I live to more I find that the saying “hippies are bad people pretending to be good people” is true.

Don’t shop here. Go in a look, then buy from eBay… I mean unless you want to waste your money… eBay is cheaper and has a...

Beautiful collection of crystals. I fell in love with this beautiful crystal bird, and asked the store associate what the birds price was. She told me “oh it’s pretty expensive, $499” I said okay, took 10 minutes to speak to my partner on the phone to confirm the purchase and that it was a good idea. Once we both agreed. I told her I was going to buy it. Then she went up to the bird. Looked at the price again. And said “oh no it’s $4,999 I told you the wrong price” she ended up calling her other associate over, apologized and said there is nothing they could do they messed up and told me the wrong price.” I understand that is a significant difference in price, and I’m not the type to complain and demand a price match. I just recommend you double check the price tag even if the associate tells you so you don’t end up in the same situation. Again it was a beautiful collection, but just a very sad situation that occurred.

I'm pretty torn on how I feel about this store. On one hand they have a great collection and super nice staff- but many of their stones are advertised as being cures for all sorts of things including cancer which is pretty scummy (see included image). It's reprehensible to advertise to someone with an actual ailment that certain super expensive stones will cure them. Especially here in America- those people need that money for ACTUAL cures. It's one thing to believe in "crystal magic" yourself, but to try and sell other people on this when there's literally loads of scientific evidence proving that it's a load of nonsense feels morally bankrupt. It feels like screwing over people in need to make a quick buck. If the owners removed the labels on certain stones as listing them as cures for various ailments I would happily change my review to 5 stars.
