Hmm... I really don't get all the 5 star reviews. We are on vacation here in Flagstaff and wanted to love this place since we are vegan and read the reviews here. However, the place was grungy, several of the tables were literally taped together with silver duct tape, and the food was awful. There was a terrible sewer smell coming from somewhere, and when I asked about it, they blew it off like it was no big deal. I was actually frightened of the food. There were no other customers the entire time we were there during lunch hour on Saturday.

I have never written a bad review for a vegan place, since I support the cause, but this place needs to get their stuff together.

Maybe we are spoiled since we live in San Diego and have great vegan fusion food choices, but the "lemongrass" soup smelled horrible and I got up the nerve to taste it and I had to send it back. When I asked about it, the server said I should add more hot sauce to "bring out the flavor". The pad thai noodles were brown and lifeless. They also tasted weird.

So, if they could maybe clean the place up, throw some coverings over the tables to make it look decent, get rid of the sewer smell, and have food that doesn't smell and taste bad, this place would be great. PS: The server was very nice, helpful, and we felt...

The owner needs to wake up. This concept of vegan Thai was been done quite successfully in many cities, yet this location lacks flavor and is all around underwhelming which can be felt in the food. Being quite disappointed in the entire experience, I needed to look at the reviews. As I’m reading another review about how bland the food is, the server comes up and asks if everything is ok. In the kindest way possible, I let her know that either the cook, management, or the owner is incredibly delusional. I told her I’m reading bad reviews and feel sorry for them because this is an amazing location and they’re producing subpar food. She said she had heard bad things about the appetizer I ordered but was surprised about the new item I ordered. (There’s nothing special about this curry). I could feel the server was taking my comments personally and let her know to tell the owner to get educated about their own cuisine. I just feel so bad for them, and hope they can find someone to help better understand the...

The food we got was absolutely delicious, I'll give it that for sure! It came out pretty quickly once we ordered and the server was very nice. While I am not vegan, I like to eat a lot of plant based meals and really appreciated finding a conveniently located place with good options! It is hard to find usually!

However, I was disappointed that they were sold out of pretty much every single appetizer when we were there. It was pretty early on a Monday night and we couldn't get veggie rolls, samosa wontons, or tokyo rolls. I believe two menu items were also out but can't remember which, just remember that my friend struggled to pick something because literally everything she was interested in was out. Dunno if that was just a fluke after a busy weekend/unable to get needed supplies/etc or if it is a common problem though, but I travel a lot and literally studied food systems, so I go to a lot of restaurants and have never seen a whole white board list dedicated to telling customers what they are out...

You asked and we delivered. So while travelling, we discovered this hidden Vegan Gem in Flagstaff AZ. It's located in their downtown. The lanes there aren't really traffic friendly and at the time we reached Flagstaff, the restaurant was about to close for its lunch break. Therefore we had to do a Take Out. So we ordered: 1. Spring Rolls: The Rolls were filled with vegetables including carrots, cabbage, mushrooms and vermicelli. They were crispy and fresh. The sauce came with the side was mind blowing. 2. Pad Thai Noodles: They were rice noodles, made with onions, beans, fried tofu and sweet sour sauce. Fried peanuts were giving the noodles perfect crunch and the tofu was juicy. Loved it. 3. Spicy Noodles: Flat noodles made with spinach, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, fried tofu and soy sauce. The spice level was 2. So light and scrumptious. Overall the food was light yet filling. Im sorry that I won't be able to share our dine in experience and the reel is not that appealing but there's always a next time. So if you're visiting Arizona and want to try some good vegan food, do check them out. #food #dallas #texas #halal #zabiha #zabihahalal #halalfood #foodgram #foodstagram #foodgram #food #photography #halalmeat #foodporn #instagramreels #breakfast #dinner #lunch #blog #foodblog #meat #music #arizona #arizonafoodie #vegan #usa #texan #chicago #newyork #houston #asian

First things first, definitely order the damn coconut soup! We drive from Phoenix so many times to Flagstaff literally just for the soup. It's absurdly good, I don't care if they were putting 100 screaming souls in it for flavor, I'd still order the large bowl every time I'm eating there. I never get to take a photo of the bowl because I just dive in as soon as it comes to the table. This time I was able to click 1 picture after almost finishing it. The rest of the menu is pretty good too, though it seems they've reduced the amount of rice that comes with main course, or maybe it was just for our takeout curry. Last, we met the host and server Tiffany (hope I remember that right) first time this weekend. She is so delightful and nice, we forgot our credit card and she kept it carefully. Even without that she was super nice.

Very good vegan restaurant. The sampler is great option for you to try out different appetizers in one go. The appetizers are all good, including the Samosa Wanton which is a combination of Indian samosa with traditional wonton. Gives a mixed eastern feel for taste. The coconut soup is 👍 awesome 👍. Enjoy it with chilli paste if you like to make it spicy. The Kow Soi is out tables favorite among all we ordered. Very well made, tasty and wonderfully made rice noodles. Each bite is a great taste till the last one. The pineapple red curry is interesting dish. Asked for spice level 10. While it isn't as spicy as I liked it to be the pineapple chunks and fried tofu mixed with Red Curry is tasty to the last bite. Overall enjoyed the food too the fullest. And with an excellent service we were happy to have chosen this place.
