Teriyaki Place Japanese Grill — Restaurant in Florence

To start, we actually have visited this location once before and I love hibachi and decided to try to chicken and shrimp plate with rice with a spring roll and it was good enough for me to return.

This particular visit (second visit) I decided my boyfriend, who doesn’t care for hibachi, should try it with me. I got the chicken and shrimp plate with rice again and he chose the beef and shrimp plate with noodles. This time the shrimp was good on both plates but the chicken was extremely chewy and didn’t taste cooked all the way, and my boyfriend said the beef was cooked, but had no flavor. The rice was mainly chunks of white rice - luckily they added more teriyaki in the bag so it was okay. My boyfriend absolutely hated the noodles, I decided to try them and could see why, they were extremely mushy, flavorless, and full of water in the bottom of the tray. He tried adding teriyaki but it did absolutely nothing. We probably won’t return as he hated the food and I would prefer my hibachi from another location.

As previously mentioned it was good, so I’m not sure if this was a one off, but this wasn’t good at all and we’d just prefer other eateries.

This business is the best business in Florence county I think this place is absolutely better than miyabi Jr it will definitely take them out of business this new restaurant teriyaki place is very good the people are very nice and very respectful and sweet generous people of God and I would definitely recommend you check this place out I had a very pleasant experience at this place I would say I would give this place a five out of five this place is one of my personal favorites I think that they should build a teriyaki place restaurant at the old Miyabi Jr restaurant location on beltline near Walmart they should make two of these restaurant...

Got the chicken and steak no veg it was delicious! And they give you plenty of food too enough for probably almost 3...
