Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Florence

Went in there today and order a chicken steak combo with a lemonade and also a Philly cheese steak large combo the young lady that was in the kitchen with dreads that was making the sandwiches kept touching the screen on the wall with the gloves on while flies was touching the bread .When I mentioned it to her she said that it's not yours it door dash with a attitude and keep making the sandwiches. The young man I am assuming he was a team lead or either a supervisor was telling her to get raid of the sandwiches due to the flies that was on it kept making it and said I already started the order and bag it up n when door dash came in they pick the order up .That was so disappointing as well as discussing. I spent 30 dollars in there getting food n the food was extremely nasty they put pickles and lettuce with mayo on my food when it wasn't suppose to be on there .It was so much arguing going on at the time that Noone was paying any attention. I need to find out how to get in touch with cooperate so I can send this to a much higher person .I want my refund back as well as more cleaner and professional...

For this particular outing we ordered to go since we were already out but we normally order for delivery as previous visits the service was horrible! But they did have a different woman there this visit who was really nice, quick, and stayed on the cooks to get the orders out in a timely manner. She was still on her phone like a lot of the previous people but her attitude was much better! This was a weekend visit and they are typically busy so the approximate 10 minute wait was understandable. The food was hot and cooked well, I ordered a regular chicken teriyaki Philly with regular fries and a sweet tea. I also tried my mans cheese and bacon fries and we ordered mozzarella sticks to try. Everything was good to me, my man felt that the mozzarella sticks were artificial/under-cooked or both and he wouldn’t order them again. waited in line for approx 30 minutes just to have them shut the lines down stating the manager walked out and had no one on the register leaving a remainder of about 20 customers flabbergasted. While your food is great, your employees are less than desirable. As for me ever going back to your store in the Magnolia Mall here in Florence SC it will be a absolute NO as this isn't the 1st time I've had issues with this store . My opinion hire some people that will take pride in what they do and reward them well and then maybe the outcome will be better. Until then , Hell will freeze over before I purchase anything else from that particular store! The only reason you got just one star was it wouldnt post my review unless i gave it a star.Other than that it would have been "0" stars...
