I had the worst experience here. I drove out from Cincinnati to this location because this store had a Sephora and it was the only Sephora that had what I wanted. The Sephora experience started out good because we were being helped by this nice Latina woman. When we were ready to check out, that's when our experience turned ugly. We had the rudest young white girl. One of the items rung up at a different price from what the sign said.. she just said, this is the price, she wouldn't go look or get anyone else, she just kept saying that's the price and she can't change it. She only asked for help when she realized we weren't leaving. I asked her to take the item off my bill 3 times and she ignored me 2 of the 3, then she got snappy and said she needed the item back first before she could delete. I can't understand why she didn't say that the first time.. oh yes I can.. She treated me that way because of how I look. Later my aunt said she asked the child something about a product and the child just looked at her and ignored her, so she assumed it didn't work there so she asked someone else instead. I said I'm not buying anything and left my stuff there. I didn't deserve that treatment and she didn't deserve the privilege to serve me. It didn't stop there, I picked up my online order at Kohl's pickup counter and the lady that helped me didn't even want to look at me, when she gave me my items, I said thank you and she said absolutely nothing and just looked straight ahead. People are the worse. I'll just continue to order online and have shipped because going to jail...
   Read moreOn october 13...this past sunday we went to this store . My daughter and I shopped this kohls in. June when i came up for a wedding .We had good experience then.. so we decuded to do it again for this visit. This time not so good. It was late morning this paat sunday we went and upon entering the store..we went to discard our cups in the trash containers outside. They were full . overflowing ...to the ground so we duscarded inside. We found some incredible deals in childrens clothing and womans but literally ....we were shopping the floor in both deoartments because there were piles of items both under the racks and on top of the racks. We had to walk on clothing as we observed 2 female employees just standing around talking to one another. Upon using the restroom. The smell was strong of human waste.The ladies restroom stalls had feces on seat and back of wall..i did not use it... and the one I did chose had no toilet paper. The last thing was the fitting rooms ..all of them ..were filled with clorhs all over the floors and seat with dirt and dust all over the place and on cloths. This was the complete opposite compared to our last visit early summer. I am not one to complain for the mist part but this couldn't just be let go. The only good part was checking out .The cashier had a wonderful sense of humor. Forget her name missy or michelle. But she was the best part of our visit. We will be back again. I hope it will be better though. Just thought this should be looked into...it was...
   Read moreAm usually a big fan of kohls, but had a very disappointing experience today. Went in to purchase a pair of dockers for my husband and was excited to see a great sale. Digital sign showed $39.99 with a bright red paper sign attached saying buy one get one 1/2 off. Because of the sale I found a second pair happy about such a great deal. After reviewing my receipt I saw I was charged $39.99 for each pair of pants. I told the cashier about the sign and she called someone from the department. The associate advised it was the prior weeks signage left up by mistake alongw the new sale. The new sale however was the better deal. When I asked if they were going to honor thier signage, she said no she wouldn't do both, but would give me the pants at last week's sale if I wanted. I said obviously I didn't want to pay more for the pants and went to take my bag to leave. She asked me to wait while she got a manager who had the ability to do more than she could. The manager showed up and the associate explained the situation. The manager gave me the same options. When I again said I obviously wasn't looking to pay more I was just seeing if they would honor the signage they had been advertising, she looked at me like she couldn't believe I wanted them to honor their mistake and offered to process a return instead. I almost laughed. No apologies, no customer service, just the offer to charge me more or process a return. Not the kind of customer service you would...
