DICK'S Sporting Goods — Local services in Flowood

I had a great experiance at this store, i wanted to get into archery and needed help getting started. I had a guy named Corey and he answered all questions i had, sized me for the bow i wanted, helped me get my arrows cut to my draw and taught me how to adjust everything on the bow. The bow i got is the Bear Cruzer X, a great bow an really enjoy it. Customer service has gotten poor. Certain employees seem to be allowed to carry themselves unprofessionally. I thought a greeting and how may I help you was a pillar of the store. I have supported this store since the day it has opened. I have meet some great employees over the years, but I find myself uncomfortable shopping at Dicks in Flowood due to negativity of some employees. I recently purchased a bike online and had it assembled at this store. Ran into some confusion with the assembly date and the bike had a part immediately break after use.
