I actually stopped by because I needed a tongue ring and called every piercings shop in Folsom no one was able to get me jewelry same day (shocking service but it is what it is) so I drove to Walmart to find out they don’t have a jewelry selection at the moments and I called over to Claire’s great customer service even over the phone! People dog on the piercing service here. When I was a teenager all my ear piercings were done at a Claire’s. I never had issues. My oldest daughter, we took her to a local popular place which was pretty expensive. When my other daughter wanted her ears pierced too - I decided to just bring her to Claire’s. No issues, no problem and quick and easy (and more affordable). Also no tears !

We came in on a Saturday afternoon to get my almost six year old’s ears pierced. Nichole was very friendly and patient despite it being very busy. She gave my daughter a stuffed animal to hold and made her feel very comfortable while she and another associate pierced both of my daughter’s ears at the same time. She said it didn’t even hurt!
