Yesterday I had an appointment at 11:30am with Andrew looking to sell an estate piece I own. I walked in the door about 11:10am and between the shock of being early for the first time in my life and the utter glory that Robinson’s showroom presents, I about lost my senses. I was greeted immediately by one of the women on the floor and Andrew came out to greet me with the biggest, most genuine smile I’ve seen in a long time. Once seated in his office I showed him my estate piece and blabbered the little detail I did know about it. Andrew looked on with what I can only describe as a child like delight in my every word simply gushing as I spoke a language I myself did not understand but he was fluent. After what seemed like forever of me using words like clarity, filigree, etc it was Andrew’s turn to speak. He expressed how beautiful of a piece it was and how unique but sadly it did not align with his clientele’s demands so he would not be able to purchase. I completely understood and thanked him profusely for taking the time to meet with me and examine the piece. His brow furrowed though his face still in a genuine smile as he said he doesn’t like that he has to give me that answer and he wants me to leave happy. I mean, I was happy but I’m also enjoying the conversation so I take the ring I had on my finger off and asked him if he could tell me about it. I didn’t know barely anything about the ring, my grandmother had gifted it to me before her passing and didn’t have the opportunity to relay the details. As I handed the ring over I said it could be a $35 ring purchased from a magazine as my grandfather was known for that. When I tell you Andrew’s face lit up I mean LIT. UP. He starts pulling out contraptions and lights and electronic things that beep as he looks over every stone, facet and metal in that ring. “The setting in platinum” he says with a hint of childlike excitement. The accent stones are diamond and of good quality and the center stone is topaz. Well, I thought I was happy before, walking in with an estate piece in a jewelry box and a cocktail ring on my finger, now I’m elated. “Does it fit well?” He asks as he looks at the sizer I have on it. “Not really, and it spins a lot which keeps me from wearing it often.” “We can resize it if you’d like, whenever you’re ready• I look at the ring and mull it over. It’s not much good to me when it’s 3 sizes too big and judging by Andrew’s knowledge and the pieces in their displays they definitely pay close attention to detail so I took the leap. I lucked out, the jeweler was in and he was able to do the alteration right away! After a short 30-40 minute walk around the strip I receive a text that my ring is ready for pick up. I walk back in and I’m immediately met by one of the women who take me to their desk to try on the ring and examine their work. IT. IS. SEAMLESS. So I write this (unnecessarily) long review to conclude to this: Robinson’s Jeweler’s has accomplished in one visit what my exes couldn’t obtain after years of trial; my unwavering trust and loyalty. Thank you Andrew and team, you have made a client for life, and just like with any good relationship, my family also approves and will be sending me pieces from back home for you to work on.

On Las Olas Blvd today strolling along at the Fort Lauderdale Art Festival (3/2/2024) with my partner Elizabeth of 9 years we walked by Robinson Jewelers store, and I said let's go in see if they have any wedding bands I might like. Elizabeth has her set of rings already. Randy greeted us in the store, he showed me a few rings, then Andy the store owner came by, and I asked him, what kind of ring do you wear? He said that's his wedding band (same ring manufacturer and style of ring as mine except his ring has diamonds in the center all around). I asked Andy to show me one without diamonds and I really liked this one! Fit perfectly, no sizing was needed, I wanted to walk out with a ring on my finger today and this was the perfect match! 18K solid white gold, beautiful ring! Elizabeth said to me...this one is stunning! While Andy was helping us, his wife Tracy was busy preparing warm snacks for customers in the store and brought us some fantastic tasting coffee as well. Their outstanding customer service oriented warm hospitality and consultative sales approach and spending at least an hour with us, to be sure I was 100% satisfied, earned them our business. Thank you to all of you; Tracy, Andy and Randy for the wonderful experience in your store today 3/1/2024! We will be back soon...w/Casamigos! :) Oh...and thank you for cleaning my bracelet today!!!!

What a friendly and welcoming place! The owner, Mr. Robinson, was courteous, knowledgeable, and fair with his pricing. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to sell family heirlooms, minted coins, jewelry, art, etc. to come here and do business with Fort Lauderdale Estate Buyers. Beautiful interior, secured entrance, ample parking both free and metered, and easily accessible from Bayview and Oakland. I will definitely be back again. [FOLLOW-UP: I went in there to sell 3 tubes of 20 mint uncirculated Canadian Maple Leaf Silver Coins. We negotiated a very fair price near spot, shook on it, and he paid me in cash as promised. Not an hour later, I get a call from him telling me that the tubes actually contained 25 coins each (since they had never touched human hands, I had never counted them) and that he owed me the difference in cash for the extra 15 coins! Honesty and Integrity go a long way, and I am so impressed and thankful for the way Mr. Robinson conducts business!]

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Robinson Jewelers, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience that exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into their store, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for jewelry.

The staff at Robinson Jewelers went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was nothing short of perfect. Their expertise and knowledge of gemstones, metals, and design were truly impressive. They patiently listened to my preferences, asked insightful questions, and guided me through their stunning collection to help me find the ideal piece.

What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service I received. The staff members were friendly, approachable, and dedicated to ensuring my satisfaction. Randy in particular was my go to contact. He took the time to educate me on the various aspects of the jewelry I was interested in, allowing me to make an informed decision. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable.

The selection of jewelry at Robinson Jewelers is unparalleled. They offer a diverse range of exquisite pieces, each more beautiful than the next. Whether you're looking for an engagement ring, a statement necklace, or a timeless watch, you'll find something that suits your taste and style perfectly.

Not only did Robinson Jewelers provide an extensive selection, but they also showcased their commitment to quality. Every piece I examined was crafted with the utmost attention to detail and displayed superb craftsmanship. It's clear that they take pride in curating a collection that embodies elegance, sophistication, and enduring beauty.

Moreover, the after-sales service at Robinson Jewelers is truly commendable. They are readily available to assist with any questions or concerns. Their dedication to customer satisfaction extends far beyond the point of purchase, ensuring a lasting relationship that goes beyond a single transaction.

I cannot speak highly enough of Robinson Jewelers and the incredible team behind it. Their commitment to excellence, exceptional service, and passion for fine jewelry make them a true gem in the industry. If you're looking for a memorable jewelry shopping experience with outstanding quality and personalized attention, look no further than Robinson Jewelers. I am delighted with my purchase and cannot wait to return for future special occasions.

Based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews of this business, my own experience must be an outlier. I'm guessing that most of these reviews are based on transactions and interactions that have taken place in their brick-and-mortar store location, so perhaps that explains some of it. I purchased a lovely piece of jewelry from them online a few months back. I don't live geographically close enough to make in-store purchases so, again, therein may lie at least part of the explanation for my own less than stellar experience. The jewelry I purchased was not particularly expensive, but it was a nice pendant necklace and I have no complaint about the actual product. They did, however, mail it to me in a less than ideal little black cardboard box and a flimsy manila envelope. After I reported that the jewelry arrived to me literally protruding from an open rip in the outer envelope, they eventually sent me a very nice storage case for the piece. All of that was fine and I appreciated the follow-up and apology for the poor and inadequate initial shipping and handling. That said, they did not respond to my initial email. I had to email them a second time and they finally got back to me. In spite of all this I recently reached out to them again to explore the potential purchase of another piece of jewelry that I was looking for. Again, no reply to my first email inquiry, and a second email from me finally elicited a polite but cursory response from one of the owners. I was told that they had pieces I might consider and requested some more information from me to help narrow down what selections they might be able to offer me. I responded – never heard back. No big deal. I won't be reaching out again to try and purchase anything else from them. I can take a hint and I'll also take my business elsewhere. I'm glad everyone else in this review forum has had such a wonderful experience. As I noted, I must...
