This is lengthy…. I went through a very bad experience with this company as a first time customer. I ordered a 86’ Sony TV back in September. I received an email a couple of days later about the product being delayed. Noted, I called customer care and was informed it can take up to 14 - 21 business days. No problem, I am a patient individual. Business day 26. I called to see an update on the order. The representative could not find any updates on my order and sent out a ticket for a callback on an update. Business day 29, I received a call telling me my order cannot be delivered due to out of stock or damaged. So I called back when I was able to get the full information and was told out of stock. So I ordered a LG 85’ TV received a call same day to go over questions because there was some inconsistency to application. That’s when I got more frustrated because now you are making me do the questions over again. When I already did them and processed okay for the first one. Then I do the questions received an email saying I apologize your offer was denied. How? When I just had everything going okay with the first TV and my offer was accepted. So I called and was advised to go to the store or redo the questions. So I decided to go to the store. Mind you I am unable to walk as much due to a knee injury.
The woman and two men that was helping me was very helpful. My experience with dealing with those 3 individuals was great. I give them 5 stars. The only issue is I never received a call back to get another TV ordered. That’s been over a week now. I did call last week and was told the gentleman who does that part is on lunch and they will let him know I called. But no call.
This company communication is bad. I work in sales and a major part in any sales related business, is customer experience, communication with your customers. Have I been contacted after my 21 business day by email or phone call I would not have an issue. Have I been called, from the individual in the store. I would not have an issue. Read moreI picked a very nice tv straight from the box. Unfortunately I noticed what looked like a small crack in the corner of the screen. With what im paying to own. It should be perfect. So i had them come get it to fix it but after 2-3 months i was told it couldn’t be fixed. In the mean time, they left me with a “loaner” tv that has lines through the screen and looked very much used. Once finding out mine couldn’t be fixed,i told them i will pick another new one but needed the same monthly payment. She said she will call back but never did. So I waited probably 3 weeks and called again this time talking to a man. I told him i will pick one and i need them to deliver it though. He said “ok” and didn’t seem too interested in helping me find one equal to my first one. So the conversation basically went no where. Soon after that, my car broke down so i called again and said i cant come up there. but i want another new tv at the same or close to the same price. It was the woman from before and AGAIN said she would call me back or someone else would. Well no one ever called. So again I waited for over a month and finally went up there to the store in Weatherford and the store was closed permanently. It took me another 2 months after calling every aarons in the area to find my account. It was the white settlement store and im pretty sure the same woman answered when i called and guess what she said….i will have someone call you! Its been another month and no one ever called and im atuck with a tv i make on tome payments on that probably wont last another year. Its too big for me to take it back. So not sure what to do. THEY GAVE ME A CONTRACT AND A DELIVERY DATE BUT THEY DAY COMES AND NO FURNITURE. NO CALL TO LET ME KNOW IT DIDNT COME IN. I CALL THEM WONDERING WHERE THEY WERE. THEY SAY,"OH SOMEONE GOT SICK WE CANT DELIVER TODAY". TOLD TOLD THEM "NO, I NEED MY FURNITURE, I HAVE COMPANY COMING." AFTER A COUPLE HOURS BACK AND FOURTH I GET THAT IT WAS NEVER ORDERED. REALLY? FINALLY THEY BROUGHT ME ANOTHER SET THAT NIGHT. NOW...FAST FORWARD TO TODAY, MAKE A PAYMENT AND ORDER MY BEDROOM STUFF 5 DAYS AGO, THINKING, WHATS THE CHANCES OF IT HAPPENING AGAIN? WRONG. I CALL TO SEE WHAT TIME THEY ARE COMING. THEY DONT HAVE THE FURNITURE AND IT WILL BE A FEW DAYS. SO NOW I HAVE NO BED TO SLEEP IN FOR 3-5 DAYS. NO. SEND ANOTHER ONE UNTIL YOU GET MINE. OH WE CANT. SOMEONE BROKE THEIR ANKLE. WELL, I TOOK OFF WORK EARLY TO BE HERE. FIND A BED!!!! THIS STORE GOES THROUGH MORE PEOPLE THEN IVE EVER SEEN. FUNNY PART....THEY NEVER MISS TAKING A PAYMENT OUT OF MY BANK EVERY WEEK. THEY PULL MY MONEY OUT BEFORE THE BANK EVEN OPENS IN THE MORNINGS.
