Claire's — Local services in Fort Worth

My daughter, mother, and myself went to get our second piercings in our ear lobes on September 18th. I don’t remember the young lady’s name but she had green colored hair. She was so sweet, nice, helpful, patient with us. All of us had an easy, quick, very little pain (depending on how you tolerate pain) experience. It was my mother’s birthday and she ended up having a good memory for her 70th birthday! The store was well stocked and clean. I also did some other shopping for stocking stuffers while I waited for my turn. Thank you to the wonderful beetlejuice lady with the green hair! You made it...

Absolutely embarrassing service. I’m not sure what her position was, but Miranda: you absolutely suck. She doesn’t pay attention to customers and I thought she was talking to herself. Turns out she was ON THE PHONE. I’ve seen her snap at her associates and I wondered how she even has staff with the way she talks to them. It’s a good thing I can read since SHE DIDN’T EVEN GREET ME. Save your money, you can find better jewelry (and service) elsewhere. I’m shocked this store is still standing. I hope Miranda can get some better customer service (and employee treatment)...

I rarely leave reviews for places unless they're good. That said, Lexxi had the best customer service I've seen in a long time. I nervous about getting my ears pierced, but she didn't make me feel rushed and took time and care with explaining everything in detail. It's hard to find people in customer service these days that care. I'm a manager who works in customer service so I know it when I see it 🙂 i called back the next day with a question and the assistant manager was so nice as well. The store was very clean, too....
