DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. They don't call to inform you what they need or if you need to pick up. Mind you the dress that was supposed to be mine had stains on it so they had to give me another one to measure. The asian lady measured me without the proper shoes and didnt offer to let me use the shoes they have there, but offered the rest of girls in the bridal party to use the heels they have there for measuring.So now my dress is cut too short because I didn't know I had to take the shoes I'm gonna wear to the measurements because yet again they didn't inform me and I got the feeling she was going to cut my dress too short and that was exactly what she did. I'm not one to tell people how to do their job, but I tried explaing I didn't want my shoes showing. So disappointed, they have so much going on they don't care how they do things!!! I had took my dress here to get it altered because it was too big and too long (dress was bought online from a different shop) The ladies that help me were all nice, although i did have to come in two extra times because the alterations were still too big and because the dress ended up have one big and one small stain in the front that weren’t originally there, thankfully they did end up getting the stains out but my dress ended up being to tight in the chest area in the end (the lady who took measurements was nice but she acted very much in a rush and didn’t take any extra time to get exact measurements) i tried to keep in mind that they seemed busy with orders but it was very stressful on my end given the fact of the dress having been a bridesmaid dress that the wedding was on that very next week. While looking for my wedding dress, I happened to pass by Femme in Fulton. I seen the perfect dress in the window and immediately made an appointment for a week later to try it on. When I got to femme, it was busy. But lots of customer service reps were standing around talking. When I finally got to the owner, she was so rude! Along with her rude staff! Even though I made an appointment a week prior, the staff still didn't help me. And the owner was just sitting behind the counter eating nuts not even trying to help me find my size of the dress in the window. After calling out that I needed a BIG BIG size because of my thighs and not even asking what size I needed or wanted, loudly while other shoppers stared.
