Visited the store, lovely ladies helping. Bought a shirt that they would ship to me as they didn't have my size. But the one they sent was too big as well. Okay, no problem, I sent it back after CALLING AND SPEAKING WITH SOMEONE AT THE STORE. The package was returned to me as unable to deliver. Today I called again and was told that for sending things back I needed to send to the PO box. Very unprofessional for whomever I talked with the first time, and very frustrating. The shirt is going back, and this time I am not sure I want to try again to get one that fits. Someone needs to include a mailing address for where returns need to be shipped along with their packages. Since the return is on my dime, and now has to be done twice, this would not be a shop I would buy in again. Nice shop, great clothes, just not good follow-up.
