Ms. Vicki the manager is wonderful. Heavy set Hispanic woman that wears glasses is very rude and unprofessional. Went in looking for a power cord for my gateway computer 💻 and she insisted on me buying the wrong cord. I showed her the correct fitting for the cord, she insist that I purchase a different one when I asked if it would fit my computer. With No surprise I took it home and it did not fit. I trusted that she knew what I needed. She’s very arrogant and rude. She decided to price the power cord at her pricing. Say “if you go else where it would be more” bad experience with her. She treats some better. Than others and has a very rude way of communicating. She does not belong in the front dealing with customers with her attitude she belongs in the back. After dealing with her my whole out look on this place has changed. Ms. Vickki please do something about her she’s makes the place look really bad. If I ever return I want be dealing with her. I'm giving this review a 1 star because of the poor donation pick-up response. I had scheduled a pickup for some clothing donation 4 days ahead of time so I could get off to be at home to meet them to pick up my donation. Well, the day came, and I got off of work early to meet them at 3 pm. I even called to make sure that they were on their way to my house, and the lady who answered the phone told me yes, they were on their way. That was at 236 pm. Well, guess what? No one showed up. Do you think that I was a happy camper? NO, so I called the # to them at 503 pm to ask if they were still on their way, and the lady on the other end was oh! I have shopped here for 20 years and have always loved this store as it has a little of everything. The Staff is always Friendly, Especially the long hair gentleman working electronics and Adrianna running front counter. However, one of the staff members has consistently been rude and just an overall negative presence. The Heavy Set Mexican woman with glasses (Elvira?) is one of the most negative people I’ve ever met. She barks orders at the staff in front of customers and treats customers like they are an annoyance.
