LOVED this shop. The older lady who helped us was amazing! She was knowledgeable, kind, and hard working. My husband travels to Gatlinburg frequently for work but it's a rare occasion when we get to bring our kids. So basically we wanted to shop and do tourist stuff. Well unfortunately a transformer blew and half the strip lost power. We peaked in a few shops to seek if we could still buy. Uhh no most looked at us like "omg the register is down no". Not the all American she busted out her pen and paper and said as long as you got cash were in business. I was so happy! She was helpful and needless to say her shop is the one that got our money and will Everytime we come( I love southern coture shirts). Sadly the other shops didn't have the common sense to use old fashioned math and good work ethic. Wish I could...

I wish I could give this review zero stars. My daughter picked up a short sleeve t-shirt and my husband took it to the counter to pay. When the clerk said it would be almost $35, my husband told my daughter there was no way he was paying that much for a t-shirt…then the clerk snatched the card from his hand and ran it through the machine while saying, “No refunds!” Like so many of the other reviews say, this place and that clerk are scamming people! The owner of this establishment is the rudest man I have ever met. He had the largest ego I have ever seen, and I’m shocked his business hasn’t burnt to the ground with the horrible attitude and entitlement he holds. I will never support a company that is ran under this...
