The food was horrible this time.if I could give no stars I would. Our server Stone was amazing!! He was very sweet from the moment we sat down and very apologetic for our experience. The atmosphere was as expected for a holiday weekend however a large family with 2 large baby strollers and children were placed near us made the experience even worst as they were extreme loud in an already loud establishment. This is not the restaurants fault but perhaps they should have been seated in an area more off to the side to blood bumping the other patrons. We ordered the porterhouse, the ribeye and the salmon. My son ate the porterhouse (requested at med well but it was well done) . My dinner date ordered a prime rib at med well.It came tough, dry, and well done. The server offered a steak at med well.It came out overdone and well. My Salmon was ordered at med well .It came out crispy on the edges, burned underneath, dry and extremely salty.Inedible described our meals. We expressed our disappointment in the meals. We did not eat them. The server was extremely apologetic. Our checks arrived with 19.99 buffet charges.I asked for a manager .The lady manager arrived and explained that that was the charge of the buffet when you don’t purchase an entree.Ma’am our entree’s were burnt. As a previous restaurant manager of restaurants from cafe’s to fine dining steak houses, this was a problem. The manager never applogized for our experience.I asked her would she be able to remove th cost all together or at least just charge the add on cost of 11.99 considering we didn’t even eat much as our entrees were not edible (which was their fault) and it would have been the courteous thing to remove the fee all together. The manager said ok and brought the checks back including the 11.99 charge.Very petty for a manager as she will loose even more for your business handling guests in this manner. We paid our check as I wasn’t going to go back in forth with her.I came with an organization of about 180 ppl who visit Gatlinburg yearly at the same time and need to dine for the week.I bragged on Burgs at one time now I have shared this disappointing experience with them all and we will not be returning next Thanksgiving.I attached my receipt to show how she adjusted the check from $19.99 to the add on fee to ensure that I paid “something” for what was one of the most disappointing meals I’ve ever had in life and I eat a many places.Shout out to Cheasapeakes down the strip who has amazing seafood.I will double up on my reservations there next year…me and our crew of 180 ppl.The manager could have at least salvaged the experience for her server but she did not care.We still tipped the server as he understood and was very nice.

It was … interesting, but would not revisit. The best way to sum it all up in one word would be : ‘cringe’ We went on July 5, 2024. I won’t go here again simply because it was quite expensive. We, at least, went in knowing this in advance. We scouted out menu’s beforehand and I really wanted to try the duck and we had enough budgeted to pay for it. I admit the duck was TRULY delicious, but it still was not enough to go back. (The steak my brother got was also cooked to order perfectly, though lacked in seasoning) When we first arrived, there was a man outside trying to attract passerby’s to go eat, advertising to them that the dessert was free. (This was the same 1 brownie per table that a previous review discussed that you could ONLY get it to go…? 🤐 verbatim this is what our waiter told us: you can have the free brownie dessert as to-go only.) The calling out to passer-by’s was just…Off-putting. It nearly had me not want to eat there because it made you wonder why they need someone to stand out there to convince people to eat there. The food should speak for itself, no? As such, we saw 3-4 tables get right back up and leave once they saw the prices of the menu after being convinced to enter. (almost felt like false advertising 😕) at least they had a fairly decent lunch menu $19-$22 The staff was beyond kind. I loved our waiter who even helped recommend a mixed drink that I LOVED. (‘Toes in the Sand’ I think it was called) Bar tender was great too. Even the buffet food didn’t necessarily taste bad, just didn’t mesh well with main course on the menu. Like trying to pair southern comfort side-dishes with upscale lobster/steak/duck. I love both, but together…maybe not so much? The decor is not something I usually care about if it’s clean, but when you’re paying $70 per person you expect more than cheap plastic tablecloth 🤷🏽‍♀️ And whosever idea it was to use cobblestone ‘bricks’ inside as flooring in a restaurant has never had to mop a floor in their life. I can only imagine the nightmare it is to keep clean when simply trying to pull our chairs to sit was difficult. Admittedly, it could just be the way the building was purchased, but my heart goes out to the staff on that 😅 A lot of these things scream ‘management’ issues or perhaps ‘chef’ depending on who is deciding the menu items, so kudo’s to the staff for making the best of it. As for customers: I wouldn’t say not to go as we enjoyed our meal, but expect to pay a hefty tab.

Me and my boyfriend were looking for a nice place to have a nice meal and we believe we found it. We travelled on (12/5/2020) a Saturday afternoon. We stumbled upon this place and we did not regret it. When we first entered, we were greeted very nicely, the bar was set up beautifully, and the entrance was very well decorated (beautiful Christmas tree), the location was also very clean. After we were seated, our waitress made us feel at home (ANITA)! She went into depth about the menu ($15 lunch specials with drinks included) and offered great items on the menu. I had shrimp scampi which had little flavor, and too much garlic with a great southern sweet tea. However, I was able to get a loaded baked potato which was sufficient for me ! The baked potato came with bacon, cheese, sour cream and butter all separate which was absolutely perfect for me. A problem we ran into was that my boyfriend noticed tables had bread on their tables and we did not. We then asked another waitress for the bread, which was complimentary and delicious ! My boyfriend had a T-Bone steak, which he said was a little overcooked since he asked for medium rare. He also got a baked potato and lots of bread all for $15 as well. We both had patron margaritas which were very refreshing, well presented and tasted delicious and natural. Overall, the only complaint was not receiving our bread until we asked for it and the prices for the entrees after lunch exceeded $40! If you want to try this place out you will not be disappointed! A great time to try it would be during lunch time due to it being $15. My boyfriend who was a bartender was very impressed when he watched the bartender make his drinks with fresh oranges, lemons, limes, and fresh garnishes. Us, having worked in restaurants, noticed that the staff all worked together and were very professional. The manager also greeted us at our table and asked how everything was! Overall great experience.

Your restaurant establishment is extremely manipulative and a scam artist situation. It was late last night we were 2 teenage girls who were just hungry and ready to be done for the night. That was mistake number one on our part and then when there was a guy out on the street trying to convince people to come in that was mistake number two. So then we go to the buffet get a few things try a bite of a few different things and it was all just not right. It did not taste good at all and I have never yet to try and get free food or even switch meals until I came to your guys’ restaurant. Anyways we decided we would wait for the main meal to come out. It was cold, gross, and just overall did not taste right at all. The manager came out and practically put us in a corner when we both just wanted to leave go find some fast food place and just get back to go to bed. Keep in mind this whole experience we had put a total of probably three bites in our mouth. Her extremely burnt chicken was given the excuse it’s chard twice. That wasn’t chard twice it was like dipped in lighter fluid and then left on the grill for 30 mins not to be looked at again. Anyways manager comes out talks to us we refuse to try anything else. He says he’ll get it taken care of so we assume we’re free to go. We get up walk out, cross the street get down about half a block to the next place we were gonna try. All the sudden this manager comes up behind us and is like you still have a tan open you have to pay. That was the most embarrassing thing you guys could have done. To make us look like thieves on the main strip downtown infront of that group of people was so inappropriate. It was embarrassing and we were forced to feel so small. I imagine this was because we were two teenage girls, y’all would have never done that to two grown adults. And then to slap the excuse if you guys get sick will be liable again we ate 3 bites it was too gross to get down y’all charged us 13 bucks for 3 bites of food. This restaurant is an embarrassment and harassing people that was seriously just embarrassing for you guys. I guess it makes sense though that you guys would be worried that someone would get sick off of your food after only 3 bites do better please and quit freaking scamming people. I wish google had an option for no stars because this place was more than deserving...
