The boba tea isn’t actually boba tea. It’s tea that you can add boba too. For 2$ extra. That wouldn’t be so bad if it weren’t for the fact that the tea sucked: I got a matcha tea with brown sugar boba because I don’t enjoy the popping boba. I ended up being given popping boba anyway and the tea was poorly mixed. Like if you mixed instant tea mix into cold water without incorporating it. It was grainy water and despite asking for medium sweetness, it didn’t taste like they added any. The only saving graces was that I like plain matcha and it didn’t splash on me when I chucked it in the trash.
Edit: So I was unable to find the reply button but I would like to acknowledge and thank the owner for reaching out. Unfortunately I am from out of state and probably won’t be in the area again for a long time. I don’t need or want anything, the rest of the reviews seem stellar so I probably just got them...
Read moreI took my 6 year-old here for cotton candy art and, overall, it was a nice experience. It was super fun for my kiddo to watch the cotton candy creations being made.
The wait was very long (not the line to order — there was none when we arrived — but the wait after ordering was about 30 minutes). The laborious intensity of each piece is obvious; that being said, there did not seem to be enough staff to assist in fulfilling orders, as evidenced by the wait time. To their credit, the staff member taking our order was up front about a long wait time beforehand and all were very nice.
Do I think it is overpriced? Yes. But I’m also aware that the experience is part of what I’m paying for, and we had a nice one. The cotton candy unicorn my kiddo chose was cuuuuuute and delicious, and...
Read moreI had hopes when we walked in. Staff were kind friendly, even chatted with one a little bit before ordering. But the staff had zero clue of what to do, our “boba tea” if I can even call it that. Came out wrong, we asked for matcha milk tea with tapioca pearls. But when it came out it was brown sugar popping pearls. It wasn’t what we ordered we went up to see if we could give the drink back and have them remake it with tapioca this time, they said let me ask my manager. The manager said that the popping pearls were the tapioca pearls. which is not true at all. I have gotten boba many times before and it was chewy and sweet. And didn’t pop in your mouth. All together the Cotten candy taste good. The boba was not what I ordered. If I could give a...
