If I were able to write a review for this establishment without giving it a star, I would. Buyer Beware. I purchased a piece from them that was the price of fine jewelry, got it home only to discover it is sterling silver. To say I paid ALOT for Sterling is an understatement. This piece was showcased as fine jewelry, mixed in with white gold & gold pieces giving the impression it was also white gold. No one would ever pay the ridiculous amount for Sterling as I did, I could have purchased this at any retail store for under $10-20, easy. Grant it, I should have made certain of the type of metal it was made of, yes, but It was the way in which it was represented that I feel was deceiving on their part, they have no business selling sterling at the prices they do when they know customers assume they are buying fine jewelry displayed amongst fine jewelry. Im no longer in Gatlinburg & when I called to speak to them & return my purchase, they have a no refund policy (surprise surprise) only exchanges yet have no website to shop from so apparently im stuck with this grossly inflated high priced piece of $10 garbage that I could've bought at one of their tobacco stores or gas stations & they continue to dupe...

I came into the store, because I was told that the man here could tell me a little bit about my ring. This ring was found in my fathers “war” box after he had passed. I was told I needed to see a man but wasn’t in, the nice lady said, come back tomorrow, earlier in the day, and he will be here. I extended my stay an extra day, just too see him. Today I came and was told he is gone for the day, don’t know when he will be back. I said I live fifteen hours from here, can you call him and ask when and if he could make time to see me? She said ohhh no, I will not disturb his family time. Thanks, lady! Forgot to mention that I and another woman who has to use a cane had to lift my 75 pound electric chair in and out of car each time I was here. Sir, you must be a very very very special some kind of a man if your employees are instructed NOT to ever disturb your family time. Big freaking...

I purchased a beautiful sterling silver ring with the most beautiful sparkle I had ever seen from a CZ, almost thought it was a real diamond. This ring was so beautiful there was no way it wasn’t a diamond from the brilliant rainbow that shined from it. When I recently went on a trip I was devastated when I lost it. Thanks to Donna I am able to replace it. I called in, sent her a pic, and the ring is on its way to me. Thank you Donna for helping me find the ring and getting it replaced. My heart is whole again.
