A little overpriced but that's expected in a tourist town. Five minutes after we got in there, I heard a man that worked there yell at my little girl "DON'T TOUCH THE CARS". Everyone that was in the vicinity heard him. I looked over and asked what happened and he said, "She keeps touching the cars and I've asked her three times not to"... She said, "Mommy, I didn't hear him". I was standing right there and didn't hear him either. I told him not to yell at her again... that if he has a problem, he can come to me. He just continued arguing with me about how she needs to not touch the cars, then laughed in my face, waved at me and said, "Bye, bye" as if to shut me up. He was so immature and unprofessional. Every time we walked in his area, he started arguing with me again. A woman standing there heard the whole thing and told me I should go complain to the manager. I should have complained, but after that I just didn't have the energy. We were all pretty upset for the rest of the tour and just tried to hurry and get through it to leave. The sad thing, is that it was my daughter who was really excited to go there and she had no interest after that. The man taking tickets (whom I assume owns it) was extremely pleasant and made us excited to see all the cars. Unfortunately, we have no...
Read moreOur visit to the Hollywood Star Cars Museum with our 1.5-year-old was nothing short of fantastic! Initially, we went to humor our little one who has a love for cars, but it turned out to be an experience that all three of us thoroughly enjoyed.
From the moment we entered the museum, we were pleasantly surprised by how well-curated and exciting the collection of cars was. Not only did our little car enthusiast have an absolute blast exploring the various vehicles, but my wife and I were also captivated by the impressive display. I was expecting to recognize maybe one or two famous cars, but to my surprise, I knew so many more! It was a nostalgic journey through iconic cars from popular movies and TV shows.
They have truly outdone themselves in putting together something special for visitors of all ages to enjoy. The attention to detail and the breadth of the collection are remarkable, making it a must-visit attraction for anyone with a love for cars, Hollywood, or both.
We wholeheartedly recommend a visit to this museum for a fun and memorable experience. Thank you for creating such an engaging and entertaining space for car enthusiasts and...
Read moreI visited the Hollywood Star Cars Museum in Gatlinburg, Tennessee in October 2014 and I had a blast! The museum has a great collection of authentic vehicles from famous movies and TV shows, and they are well displayed. I loved seeing the Herbie (1967 Volkswagen Beetle), the original Batmobile from 1966, the General Lee (1969 Dodge Charger) from the Dukes of Hazzard, the 1977 Pontiac Trans Am from the Smokey and the Bandit, the KITT (1982 Pontiac Trans Am) from the Knight Rider, the 1981 DeLorean Time Machine from the Back to the Future, and of course the Ghostbusters Ecto-1 (1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor Futura). They are all iconic cars that bring back memories of the classics. The museum is well worth the visit if you are a fan of movies and cars. It’s a fun and exciting experience for the whole family. I highly...
