I was Gatlinburg this weekend. Went to this shop to see what they had. Man behind the counter was talking football with another man. I was totally ignored. I had a question about a product. After a few minutes at least of the man not even looking at me, left and thought I would just come back. The next night stores were closed but I took a chance the store may be open. It was around 6 pm. I could see a man standing on the top level in front of the store smoking before going up the steps. When we got to the top of the steps, man was gone. Walked back to the front of the store it was closed so..ok, thought no big deal. When we got back to the steps to walk back down. I looked back and the man was standing inside the store window staring at us watching us leave. We wouldnt have asked him to open the store back up or anything but how about just being nice to people! I am glad I didnt spend my money here. ...

Stopped in here today hoping to pick up buffalo and venison jerky. I was really excited about this place because the varieties I wanted are a bit hard to find. I'm disabled so I was using one of the rental scooters to get around. The employee seemed very accommodating letting me know there was plenty of room for me to maneuver the scooter in the store however that was the end of the pleasant experience.. Once we got into the store the employee felt the need to ask me if I really needed the scooter or if I was just lazy. I pointed out that was a very rude question and apparently he was 'just pickin' so we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Edit: met with the owner today after his comments above and I am very pleased with the experience today. More than made up for the other person and I will be returning. Changed star...
