What an absolute blast my brother Mitch had at Old Tyme Portraits! From the moment he walked in, Joy and the entire team provided top-notch customer service that made the experience unforgettable.

I had the chance to chat with Joy beforehand and asked her to have some fun with Mitch, and boy, did she deliver! The prices were incredibly reasonable for the level of creativity and entertainment we got, making it a steal for such a unique outing. Joy, with her infectious enthusiasm, transformed Mitch into a saloon girl and the whole place was in stitches watching him try to keep a straight face. Though he seemed to be enjoying it just all little to much 🤔😂 The laughter was contagious, and it added to the fun atmosphere.

Then, Joy took it up a notch by suggesting something new and bold. Mitch ended up in fishnet stockings, a feather boa, and wielding only a feather fan to cover himself, striking poses as an old West call girl with a hilarious attempt at looking sexy. The creativity and attention to detail were impressive, and it’s clear Joy knows how to make every visit special. As a cherry on top, she even put Mitch’s picture up in front of the store for everyone to see what a “sweet, old-fashioned girl” he turned out to be—talk about a keepsake! The staff’s willingness to go all out and the friendly vibe made this a highlight of our trip.

We can’t wait to come back, and Joy is already planning Mitch’s next visit with even more exciting ideas. This place is a must-visit for a good time and great memories!

the man that worked the store on 3/30 at 4:00pm is extremely prejudice and misogynist. I, along with 6 others visited the store to take old tyme photos. we’ve visited this exact location yearly for some time now. I am a plus size woman for context. Our group was asked what king of photos we wanted and what kind of outfits we would like. It was multiple ladies, and we were asked if we wanted to wear long dresses or “the short dresses that showed your legs” quoting the worker. We replied different answers, however I wanted the shorter option. I went to grab the EXACT corset and skirt combo from the last time I visited (all of the photos will be in black and white so it wouldn’t matter) and was told by the male worker that I needed to “choose something thaT would handle my top” as he took my chosen items out of my hand. I assured him that I feel that I can choose what I would like to wear. He gave me an odd look and shoved the clothing back in my direction and called me a “walker”. I then told him, he’s a walker. to which he took offense to and canceled our photo session. He then tried to say he didn’t mean it like that. but there was no other meaning to what he said. because why would a grown man say that term to a young lady? He tried to judge me for my choice of clothing and think he would get away with insulting me in the same breath. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND...

Very rude service or should I say not service. We waited over a half hour for her to finish up a “5” min session and then she completely ignored us (we were just going to inquire about pricing and she took another group that came after us and said “They were here before you” (they were not there before us) she wouldn’t even take the time to answer my questions!? Then 2 other families got behind me and she stated loudly to us “it’s going to be well over a half hour!” I said “I just have a question.” She said “you will have to wait.” We left along with the other 2 families behind us. She was very rude. She lost the company a lot of money I can tell you that! My family never has a chance to be together and by her rudeness it ruined the one thing we wanted to do as a family this holiday. I would NEVER recommend going to the one in the mall. The others on the strip, I’m not sure about bc after her attitude and treatment, we didn’t bother to do a photo and it pretty much ruined my family’s night. If you can’t be professional, find...
