I would like to start by saying that I do like this store and am very satisfied with the items I am able to buy there, but that is the issue being able to buy them. This review is about the company as a whole and not this specific store. Their online ordering is a joke. You can’t order online and have it shipped to you OR pick up in store unless your store has it in their inventory. you’re ordering from your store’s inventory and not the inventory of a warehouse somewhere. So if you designated store doesn’t have it in stock, sorry you can’t get it. I called about an item and was told a store 5 hours away has 20 of the item. Ok, then why can’t I order it and it be shipped to me or my store? This has happened to me multiple times over the years with various items. I give up. It is frustrating to like an item so much, but have no option to buy because of their antequated system or way of doing business. So like most things I buy in this day and age, I will go with the second preferred option on Amazon, which will be on my doorstep in 2 days. Get with the...

I placed an online order with Kirkland's days ago. I had my confirmation that it was ready to pick up and I had a screenshot of it ready to go. I walked into the store to see a sign that says online pick up here and a girl at the counter who refused to make eye contact with me. Her name was Abby. I said excuse me and asked her if she could help me with my online order. I told her I had a pickup and she said I needed to wait in line with all of the other people waiting to purchase their items. I said oh no it's a pick up, it says it's ready to go, I've already purchased it and she said yes you still have to wait in line and then called the next person to her while I still stood there. The line had grown by about six people since I walked in and stood there unnoticed and unacknowledged. I stood there watching the people ahead of me with hands full of items to purchase, while I stood in line with just my phone in hand. Came into the store today around 1:45ish after I went to Ross. I had to use the restroom but Ross was cleaning so I ran over to Kirklands to use the bathroom. After I came out I looked around the store as I was walking back upfront, the lady started running at me and my friend and started accusing us of stealing… mind you she had customers up front… she told us we were scoping out the store and more. Mind you we just had to use the restroom because Ross’s bathroom was occupied. We felt as if we were being accused of something we had absolutely no intentions of doing.
