Very rude and unprofessional. There’s one gal that is always nice and pleasant, but the rest of the team needs some coaching on professionalism with the client.

My mom and sister went to return a dress and they gave them such a hard time. The dress hasn’t been worn outside of trying it on and they claimed the dress was worn and they didn’t even provide some type of credit. They assumed the tag was reattached. They asked for guidance on what to do and when the other gal came up she said, “Bro! You can tell it’s been worn” That attitude is awful.
