I would say this is more of a history tour than a ghost tour. The stories were basic, the hostess really gave the bare minimum. I expected the stories to atleast be told in a scary manner. The hostess spoke quickly, making it difficult to fully understand or comprehend her and she didnt seem to like to answer questions or interact with the tour guests in general. We were walked around the town for a hour, stopped outside and never even got to go in to potentially experience anything spooky. Our tour guide exceeded our expectations with her vast knowledge of the town. She even shared her own personal experiences and interactions with different ghosts.
