Nice products but if you don't live close enough to shop in-person, not a great online ordering experience.

After placing an order they contacted me to warn that they no longer had the stock to fulfill part of my order. That's fine, I understand between a physical store and online business stock may not always be up-to-date. They refunded that part of my order.

When I actually received my order, instead of sending me the correct shawl bundle they sent a pack of something completely different. When I brought this to their attention they said they could make up the bundle but it wouldn't contain the shawl clasp since they were now sold out (they did offer store credit for the price of the clasp fyi).

I asked to return the incorrect item for a full refund of the now sold out item. After shipping the item back, some time had gone by so I checked the ups tracking which said it was delivered a week ago. I emailed Sarah to see if there had been any hiccups with the return process to which she replied "we received the package. Have a good weekend!" Without any indication of when I would get the refund. I then had to ask if there was a timeline for refunds to which she did not reply but did send the refund.

The store is lovely but, I was disappointed and frustrated with the crocheting class. I signed up for the beginning crochet class. The instructor was friendly and knowledgeable. However, there was too many people in the class, doing too many things. The instructor did not have the time to assist everyone and seemed to focus on the more advanced students. I became so frustrated by doing nothing but doing a chain stitch, that I resorted to using my book to find the next steps. I could have done that at home. I was excited to participate in the store's many social aspects and meeting new people. I will now teach myself to crochet and I suppose do...
