August 32 Tea — Restaurant in Greenbelt

Came in today and wanted to try a bubble tea asked the cashier what would he recommend that is a good flavor he stayed the mango milk tea and I added passion fruit popping.. When I tasted it I tasted a little funny and it smelled like it had sour milk in it.. I took another sip and had my partner try it too and he smelled the sourness I went back in and stated to him that the drink stinks like it’s spoils milk in, he then states that the mango milk tea doesn’t have milk in it I then say okay well I don’t like it.. He refunds my money and when giving my money back he tells to next time don’t waste the tea and I say excuse me and he says you wasted the tea and don’t come back.. I say I’m sorry that I didn’t like it but can I get my receipt!!! This young man was very rude and not professional, customer service was definitely horrible.. Cashier name is...

I was excited to see that a boba shop had opened in the Greenbelt shopping center, so I stopped by today during the soft opening. The menu had a nice variety of drinks, the prices were reasonable and the employees were friendly. I will definitely be returning! The only thing to note is that the menu is a bit confusing if you are not familiar with these kinds of drinks since there are no descriptions of what everything is. Also, the lids do not have straws (similar to the new starbucks cold cups), and while I appreciate the eco-friendliness, this makes it very hard to eat the tapioca pearls or other toppings at the bottom...

First time visiting this place. Initially, my experience was pleasant, all my questions were answered regarding the drinks and the flavors. I was completely grossed out and disappointed the way my order was handled. I ordered 3 teas, and when the guy was making the 3rd one, he ran out of milk. He then proceeded to throw the empty gallon in the trash but the trashcan was full, so he pressed down on the trash to make room.
