This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 8 years in the industry.
This is the worst business I have ever been to in my entire lifetime.
I came into the store at 9:25, set my key and drink down to use the restroom. At 9:32 an employee says he has to close in ten minutes Knowing they close in 30 minutes at 10 pm, I browse for 5 minutes or so and checkout at 9:40 I had left my key in the store and the employee said it was not there. I saw the key in his hand and he kept telling me it was not in there, and the door was locked already. The manager of the store would not check the cameras for me, would only defend his employee, and had already heard from this employee complaining about the night before. Guy helping me cared more about playing the little game on his phone rather than helping out a customer. I spent $200 earlier there this morning.
Truly unfortunate you decide not to help customers that have given you thousands of dollars over the course of 2 years.
