Terri and Chris helped me bigtime! After years of great service, my professional car audio installer closed his business. I live 40 miles away in WV and had a rare boot-loop failure on one of my high-end Pioneer car infotainment systems. I randomly called Jammin and explained my problem to Terri. She went beyond the call of duty in advising me (and giving numbers to call) as to how to work with Pioneer regarding this out of warranty situation. I asked Terri if I was able to obtain a replacement system would she install it and if so, would she give me an estimate. She said yes and provided an estimate.
Surprisingly, I was quickly able to obtain a replacement, so I called her back and asked for her earliest installation appointment. Since I was traveling a distance, I asked if I could wait. Because the installation was swapping one system for another she thought that it would take about an hour, so she was able work me into the schedule 4 days later. I’ve been driving the car for 3 days now and my replacement system works flawlessly. I should also mention that the installation did only take an hour and I was charged only 60% of Terri’s estimate.    Read moreHad an amp and sub installed recently and couldn’t be happier. Stopped in to get a quote and discuss options and was given a detailed quote and answers to all my questions. When I showed up for my install I had some very specific requests for mounting locations. Chris went over everything with me and was able to meet all my requests without issue. During the whole process I never felt pressured or like I was being sold things I didn’t need. I even asked if I would need a more expensive part due to an EQ issue with newer civics and Chris politely said no instead of just saying yes to sell something extra. Strongly recommend this place and will continue to come here for any future car...
   Read moreBEYOND rude owners. They make you feel you are beneath them. A service is a service. Especially if it is a service you offer and take payment for doing. "Treat others the way you would like to be treated." The owners must love to be screamed at and treated like scum, because I've never met more fowl people. Worked with them before covid and they seemed decent. They were shut down for a while, as was I with my job, so i completely understood. Once they reopened, I was told they were no longer doing the service that I needed. So now I have to go an hour away because they were the only ones in town that did that service. I am sure many others are in the same boat...
