Update- Heidi is no longer at this store and things have really gone down hill as far as the employees I’ve seen. I’m not impressed with the new employee/manager that seems to have taken her position. She was not helpful at all and was pretty rude. I will say, the store as well stocked and organized.

I have been going to this store since it opened in the location near Sally’s beauty supplies. Heidi is hands down the best associate. She will go out of her way to make you feel comfortable and welcome at their store. All other employees I have met there are also very welcoming and helpful. The manager Alexa doesn't let u exchange merchandise for price u paid, she wants u to pay full price. She makes everything complex and makes u not want to shop at this location. This is the only location I'm having this issue; I shop at other locations, I'm pleased. It's discouraging, disappointing, and draining to my spirit.

I will not be returning to the location to exchange, return or purchase. It makes me not want to shop at Maurices if I can't do simple exchange for the price I paid. It's upsetting not to get what I came for accomplished, just waste of time and gas to drive 30 min.

Love the store not the credit card. Got my bill on 06/20 paid it in full 06/24. Got a bill on 07/16 called they said it was charges from the time I received my bill and paid my bill. What a rip. I paid it in full in June. I had a zero balance. So I told him I would pay that and shut the card down. The guy said he would give me a one courtesy. Thing is they do that every month I would always owe money. I thought that was a scam that was shut down years ago. I told him no shut it down.
