Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Guilford Township

Person taking drive thru orders says "what do you want?" to the car in front of us when it drove up. Ordered a 3 piece tender meal and got 5 pieces. Ordered 2 apple pies and wasn't charged. She told me it was $27 but was charged for 19.69. So the employees are over-pouring in Taffer's bar. I ordered a diet coke with no ice for both of my meals and got 1 large with ice 2/3 full and when I asked for my "other coke with no ice" I got a small with a glare. And there was a hair in one of our tenders. I'm from New Orleans and go here when I miss home. Was very excited for the ghost pepper wings to come back but honestly almost anywhere in Chambersburg you go for food treats you like Chick-fil-a except this place! If I need a piece of home I'm driving to updated Hagerstown Popeye's...this place doesn't care and missed the update to modern food service customer service. Would have paid full price for a good experience and no hairs in my food. ~My Pleasure

Management is poor! The young man handling my order asked that we get out of a long line; and reenter? He said it would take about 5 mins more for our order to download from the app to their system... I asked if he could simply take the order now? He said, no. Because there isn't a name for the order number that I'd given him on my phone's app! THIS WAS VERY very poor customer service! When I asked to speak with the manager...at the window and I was totally dismissed. We got out the line and reentered again, only to confirm after reaching the window what I initially assumed in the first place... Some of The employees were doing taunting stares along with the Manager... There was also an employee that could be seen staring from side door near the drive up window; for some odd reason? THE PLACE ISN'T BEING MANAGED with a Customer- Oriented Attitude... Why are the customers all going thru the drive through anyway? I saw customers with appropriate mask who were not able to enter locked entrance to the restaurant. I WILL NOT BE PATRONIZING HERE! I will be contacting Area Managers, to further...

I recently ordered some great food from the Altoona Plank Rd Popeyes and it all was super. The only comment I could add is a suggestion on quantity. On my previous visit I ordered a small Mac&cheese and the cup was filled to the top. Okay – this 2nd visit I decided to order a large Mac&cheese. Upon opening the lid I saw it was only filled above the middle line. It was if the same amount of Mac&cheese was put into the lrg cup. S o – you can see my suggestion. If one is going to pay for small Mac&cheese – so be it. However, when one orders a large Mac&cheese one would expect filled to the top. One is paying for it – right? I did not bring this up when I ordered because I wanted to save the Mac&cheese to eat at home. The crew at this Popeye were super people, very happy and friendly.
