I recently had the pleasure of dining at Perkins Restaurant, and I must take a moment to highlight the exceptional service provided by Breanna. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm that set the tone for our entire experience.

Breanna was incredibly attentive without being intrusive. She took the time to explain the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations based on our preferences and asking if we had any questions. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and it was clear that she truly cares about her customers’ dining experiences.

Throughout our meal, Breanna made sure our drinks were always filled and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything else. This place has an extensive breakfast menu so my boyfriend and I decided to try it. When we entered it was really crowded with no where to sit to wait for a table. We were told there was a 15-20 minute wait so we opted to wait in our car. After waiting for over 20 minutes, we returned inside. The hostess told us she couldn’t reach us by phone and tried calling several times. This made absolutely no sense to me because we tested my phone in the store and it worked just fine. We were promptly seated and it took some time for the waiter to arrive. The hostess ended up taking our order and the manager delivered our food. The ONLY thing our waitress did was drop off a pot of coffee without even speaking. We found the food and value to be fine. In the end, the manager asked us how everything was and overall, the customer service was just awful. Our waitress, Amanda was not only unfriendly, she did absolutely nothing so we didn’t leave her anything as a tip.Needless to say this was my first and last...

I’m sitting here at perkins been here for 20 mins. Haven’t been greeted since I walked in. Not to mention my friend I were ignored by the hostess. Every server looked at us directly and what looked like they intentionally ignored us. Also we happen to be the only Hispanics in the restaurant not that, that should matter but it definitely has to. I’m a first year college student and I still tip 20% or above because there’s a rude stereotype that Hispanics tip bad. That’s a dead stereotype, people treat Hispanics wrong and that’s why they get the tip they get. Taylor, our server, didn’t even apologize for this rude service and she didn’t even look at us when she set the syrups down.
