Grace Pizza — Restaurant in Guilford Township

Good food, horrible customer service and staff. I drop 90+ dollars PLUS a tip for a pick up order. Get there on time, it’ll be a few more minutes. Alright, no worries. I get my food, count the boxes, and head home. Only to find out when I get home they messed up a few things regarding the order— forgot to add our fries(we paid extra for the fries), wrong meat on one of the taco orders, and also they just completely did not give us MY birria supreme order. So I ring them up, and they say they’ll remake what was wrong and I have to come pick it up. So I have to drive 15 minutes back there, but again I guess that’s not a big deal. I get there, the same guy hands me the order while saying something. I ask him to repeat, he goes - “I know I handed you the birria supreme, but I’m giving you a new one anyway.” I stand there, shocked. “Sir, you did not.” And he continues on, going “no, I KNOW I did. I handed you six boxes.” “Sir, we ordered six meals. Five of the boxes had meals, while one was filled entirely with chips. I never got my birria supreme.” In and on again until I just eventually say an awkward thank you, pick up my stuff, and leave. The sheer audacity to screw up my order, make me drive all the way back and give me no compensation even though THEY screwed up, and then proceed to tip toe around calling me a liar is ABSURD. Oh, and by the way? They screwed up the second time and still gave me the wrong order. But at that point I was done and just walked out. Horrible...

As I passing through while traveling with my family I looked for a pizza place with good reviews and decent prices. This one looked like our best bet. We ordered a broccoli pizza and a buffalo chicken pizza. Overall, my kids and I were happy with our choices. I thought there was just a bit too much wing sauce on the pizza but my daughter thought it was perfect. The broccoli on the pizza could have been precooked a little bit, even steamed for a minute or two before adding to the pizza and it would have been perfect! The flavors were great on both pizzas. Our pizza was a tad undercooked (the cheese wasn’t completely melted). Had we not been in a hurry to get back home I would have asked them to put it back in the oven for five more minutes. Since this was our only time there that could have been a one time thing but just make sure. One thing I will say though, is that their pizza dough was AMAZING! It was the perfect texture, softness, and flavor. I could have eaten the crust all by itself! It is soooo good. The only other place with pizza dough that delicious is on the Ocean City, NJ boardwalk. So you guys definitely have a good thing going on. Overall, I would make a detour off the highway to order here again. We ordered here for dinner on...

I ordered two pizzas, two cheesesteaks, two orders of wings, a few smaller items, and it was all a disaster. The wings were clearly tossed in sauce at some point, but there wasn't any actual sauce on them. The mango habanero tasted like green chili salsa, and it was absolutely disgusting. I paid for three things of ranch and three blue cheese, but I only received two ranch and nothing else. There was also a lack of dressings. These were genuinely the worst wings I've ever had. Both cheesesteaks were made wrong and had no meat. When I called to address my concerns, I was told that the guy didn't speak English. I asked if the manager spoke English, and he just said to hold and put the manager on. The manager also didn't speak English and passed it along to someone else. The third person barely spoke English and asked what I wanted them to do. I requested a remake of the wings and subs, but everything was still gross. The sub rolls seemed days old, and the wings were a joke. I absolutely would not recommend this...
