I am extremely disappointed with Lovesac and their terrible customer service. Given the premium pricing of their couches, I expected premium service and customer satisfaction, but that has not been the case. While I didn’t specifically pay for white-glove delivery, I expected a high level of service befitting the price I paid. Instead, I received subpar service, and the promised delivery experience fell far short of expectations.
I ordered a Lovesac couch with the understanding that it would be fully delivered by 12/24/2024. It has now been nearly two months, and I still have not received all the pieces. Repeated calls to customer service have resulted in empty promises, with no one ever following through or calling back as promised.
The only time I did receive a callback was after I expressed my intention to return the couch due to their failure to deliver on time. Even then, I was told there was nothing they could do to accommodate or make up for their poor service.
For a company that charges premium prices, I expected much better. Lovesac’s inability to deliver on their promises and their complete lack of accountability have left me deeply dissatisfied. I would not recommend Lovesac to anyone seeking reliable service or quality...
