Wild Bill's Tobacco — Local services in Haring Township

I recently purchased a Mesh RDA from this store and worked great for the first mesh build I put in it I actually loved it and was one of my favorite RDAs then I went to rebuild it and it wouldn't work with either mesh or a regular coil only saying atomizer low and sometimes atomizer short so I went in to see if they could do anything hoping they could replace it or at least give me a in-store credit. The employee that helped me tried there best to help me spent close to a half hour working on it for me which I really appreciated and even called his manager about it but in the end said there's nothing he can do and that it was past the return date so he couldn't even do in-store credit let alone give me money back or replace the RDA. I can understand that if there return period was 30 days or something like that but there return period is only 7 days which isn't even hardly enough time to test a product. So in the end I am out 20 bucks and have a broken RDA I can't do anything with. Needless to say I am very disappointed and will not be shopping...

I’m really disappointed with our recent experience at Wild Bill’s. My partner, who is well over 21, showed valid ID to purchase tobacco, but the staff refused to complete the sale simply because I didn’t have my ID on me — even though I wasn’t the one making the purchase.

This is not a Wild Bill’s corporate policy, and it’s definitely not the standard at other tobacco shops, grocery stores, gas stations, or anywhere else that sells tobacco or alcohol. Everywhere else, only the person making the purchase is required to show ID.

Having to leave, go back for everyone’s ID, and return is incredibly inconvenient, especially when you’re clearly of legal age and not the one buying. If this is a store-specific rule, it needs to be clearly communicated up front — or better yet, reconsidered entirely.

Stopped in for the first time to get information on vaping. Ryan was the staff member that helped me. He was extremely knowledgeable about vaping and the products the store carried and beyond. Instead of tying to pressure me into buying a bunch of products I was unfamiliar with and, may not need or end up liking, he recommended a small plastic vape pipe(MOJO) that is equal to a pack of cigarettes and cost only $6.99. Not only did he know all about the products in this store but, has also visited similar businesses in northern lower Michigan to help his customers get what they want.This store is set up to be half tobacco and half vaping...at least behind the counter. There are various supply's in the rest of the store. The store is loaded with all kinds of interesting finds. It's clean and neat and the customer...
